It had many dates and postage marks from November and December and I just got it in my mail today, January 28! Mail is crazy, but no worries, delayed mail is always a happy surprise. Some rules are still there, but all people dealing with it. School will start on Tuesday on regular basis but with Masks in the classroom. All the best for your trip to Japan. Sounds amazing.
