I ended up buddy reading The Haunting of Hill House with a friend for Halloween last year and really enjoyed it, your recommendation was spot on. I liked the TV show a lot too, but it's got no relation to the book whatsoever.

Comment: I was disappointed. This swap is Type 3: Package or craft, and I expected more than a flat envelope.

The description emphasized that the swap would be small: "This swap is for a small surprise, because Hanukkah is a small holiday[...]just a nice, new, thoughtful, little something, bought or crafted." I thought the set of magnetic bookmark clips (iirc) I sent fit that. I'm going to send something else because "disappointed" is the exact opposite reaction I want people to have when they receive mail from me. I stll dream of seeing them live one day. It didn't happened last year, thanks to Covid, but I plan on going to a concert as soon as possible.
