I love that the theme is Thanksgiving! I agree that we can sometimes rush through Thanksgiving in the rush to of Christmas. I too, love Thanksgiving and this swap will be a wonderful extension. I have been delighted this summer by little yellow finches that are drawn to my sunflowers--not for the seeds, but to sit on the leaves and rip holes in them as they eat "salad"--who knew?!? I thought they just ate bugs, but I guess not! :)

I love it! I have so enjoyed going through each page again and again. So lovely. I cut out the little note page that you had on the front of the envelope and am going to use it in my bible journal. I love the ocean picture and the quote that was on it. Is the picture on your introduction page of the pansy one from your garden? It is just beautiful! I love your spring page where you put that you wilt in the hot sun like pansies! I do too! I love pansies and had a big barrel of them in my garden a few years ago! Guess what!? They seeded themselves somehow in the rocks under my deck, so all under my deck is a sea of beautiful pansies! Funny! Thanks again for the pages! I am so excited that you joined in! The No card is just plain out of this world. Love the fabrics. The Ocean card is another embellishment lovely. The Peacock card is my favorite and not only gorgeous but learning and informative. Comment: I love you precious ATC. It's so "springy". I didn't grow up in MD so I don't know the places you mentioned in your note...lol! But what you said about missing the ocean is true....even for me. You wouldn't think living by the bay would be much different than living by the ocean but it is. In RI I could drive a mile in any direction and could see the ocean and the crashing waves on Ocean Drive. The bay is just different...I can't explain it. And seagulls! I never see them here. Although I don't miss them pooping on my car!!! Thanks again!

The ATC was perfect also because we were watching the making of Peter Pan! I also loved the lighthouse card and thr Red Goose brown shoes! We had Buster Brown and Red Goose shoes when I was a kid. I always wanted the brown tie shoes because they were the official Brownie and Girl Scout shoes. They were a little expensive and only one girl in our troop had them but we all thought they were so cool. When we were teens , we would have died before we would wear them! Thanks for the memories.

I do agree with you there, every city needs some kind of museum or some place to reflect on the local history. The shire my family is in is pushing to have a new information center to display our local history and a recent fossil discovery. Its very exciting and it would be nice to have such an interesting item on display, that I helped dig up ◕‿↼. Happy birthday to your city! Its sounds like a lovely place you live in. Comment: WOW!! I love the way you altered the puzzle for me Penny!! I love the size of the pieces and the shape...even with the numbers, it took me 30 min to figure it out!! LOL!! What line is the "pansy paper" from? It is gorgeous!! All the different embellishments you used are so me!!! Thank you for putting so much effort into this puzzle and for the extra surprises...I loved it all!!! <3 <3 <3
Response: It was fun and time intensive but I am so glad you like it. The pansy paper was dcwv four seasons paper pad. I bought it a couple of years ago.
