Comment: I picked the theme "Easy Like Sunday Morning" because it put me in mind of two things: "Easy" the song by Lionel Ritchie/The Commodores, and for Cathy Z's Sunday cardmaking classes. LOL! You fooled me on both counts. This is truly an easy like Sunday morning package with a mug, beverage, devotional and all of the so cute zipper bags. Time to kick my feet up, brew a cup, tune in to "Easy" and read the Scriptures. Thank you.

Comment: Thank you so much! I am sure I am going to enjoy each envelope. I love that we have so much in common. The Golden Girls is something my family bonds over as well. My brother and I can recite them, and we say classic lines to each other in regular conversation. Our spouses think we are nuts. I even have the collection of the Golden Girls pop figures on my desk at work. It is fun to see how many students recognize them and know who they are. :) It is timeless.

Comment: My post office held your package for some reason? I just recd today, thank you so much I skimmed thru it, it is beautiful, you gave me so many ideas for my next journal. I will read thru Thanksgiving this weekend and start Christmas on Monday, since its the 2 nd day of Advent. I been busy studying physiology it is very hard, my test is due tomorrow night. Thank God I passed my Immunology exam this morning, I am studying infectious diseases, TB right now, I have a test on it Monday. So busy, how did your Thanksgiving go? Comment: Great package! I'm looking forward to using the items and testing out the napkins. How would the pretty diecut 6x6 papers be used? They're too pretty to cut!
Response: Hey!! So glad you liked it!! I was thinking they could be a simple tip-in, just to add a pop in your bible and also with gelatos, as a stencil. Using washi tape to hold it in place, and taking a little foam finger tip to get the color from the tube, and tapping it lightly on the paper to get that image. But, try it on paper first! :) xxoo Let me know how it goes!

Comment: Thanks, Shannon, for a pretty card, lovely note, and the bookmark containing your chosen verses from the Beatitudes. The verse printed at the bottom of the card (1 John 3:16) is also one of my favorites. When I was a junior in high school, I went to a week-end youth retreat that focused on 1 John and really spoke to me forcefully. It is a book I turn to often; John is sometimes challenging to figure out, much like the poetry I used to teach, but with much greater power when you begin to understand the depth and power of his words. Please know I'm still learning about Florida ... after Halloween my bro-in-law was driving me home to my apt, we just a local large pond, across the street crossed a coyote! 8 of them were trapped in Winter Park, sadly they had to be put down as they would return if relocated, also they are carriers of canine diseases. Last week we had thick fog like New England! It can happen here too. Google WDW Resort Hotel - "The Grand Floridian" - for Christmas season they have a large real Gingerbread House, they sell pieces of gingerbread, free recipe, etc. Saw the house & hope I can go back & see it again, this time with my camera. It really does look interesting - somewhat like a lamb and not like your typical dog.If their fur isn't sheared they actually look quite cute :) And it's really nice to get a doggy postcard when I can't have a real dog right now . This came about after my visiting Germany, and my friends, who had lived there all their lives, had never seen some of the sites they took me to, because, whenever they would take a vacation, they would go to the coasts of Europe, never explore their own land. Comment: Very well done!! You made the two envelops with the flower pattern very nice and neat, they are great :-) Very nice choice of paper as well, nice and sturdy. The two lengthier envelopes are a bit harder to fold. Overall they are good and rectangular. On the side of the flap you have a bjt of "extra room" sometimes a smuggle a bit and cut them to the size i want them so it looks more neatly, i hope that makes sense.... But all four envelopes are very nicely done. Thank you also for the address !abels! They will come in very handy :-) I would love to swap with you anytime :-) hopefully we will see you in the EE group!
