Comment: Hi :) Thank you for the sweet ATC and the clever little card it came in (was it a giftcard card?) Hee, well I've played on quite a few video games, but even I am struggling to come up with ideas.. Fun idea though! Thanks again :D
Comment: I think this was one of the CUTEST cards I received ! :) I have it set up on my mantel and think its just cute as can be! I love cards that turn it other things :D Its cool! lol Thanks again - hope you have a wonderful holiday season!
Response: You are welcome, so glad you liked it. I always by my Christmas cards for the following year the day after Christmas. I saw these and I just couldn't resist.
Comment: I just finished reading your journal and I love it! Thank you so much! Your town sounds wonderful. I would love to experience living in a place like that. I have always lived in a city, so I have no idea what it would be like, but after reading your journal, it sounds like I'd love it. I really appreciate all the photos you added too. I think the Santa event sounds amazing - so awesome that the kids get to pick out a gift to give! I love that idea! I also love your craft party idea - I must host something like that in the future. I could go on and on...and if I can manage it, I really want to find some time in the next week or two to sit down and write you a letter so I can talk to you more about everything in your journal. I will add this here though - your son does need a spankin'!! I did not see or feel that spider on that page until I turned to that page and just about had a heart attack!!! LOL! I can only imagine what you have gone through finding that thing around your house...I would be freaking out too!! I'm having anxiety just reliving the moment of finding it in the book LOL! I really enjoyed finding recipes and the little paper bird ornament though - and I wish I could try that Thai food! Yummy! :) Thanks so much for everything! :)
Response: I am so glad you liked it. Sorry about the spider. Now I know why my son enjoyed scaring me with. I loved so hard I had tears in my eyes reading about you finding it. So sorry, maybe I should have warned you. You are welcome to write back.
Comment: Thanks, Tracy! I think you did great! This was a tough one for me too - I ended up going "abstract." I like how you used little cut-outs to get a wide variety of animals on there! It works! I think the toughest one will be Day #6! :O
Comment: I LOVED everything....and I loved the Church Bulletin, reminds me of when I was church secretary and the fun I had making the bulletins :) You did a great job with the KY postcard! thank you!!
Response: Thank you so much, so glad you enjoyed your package.
Comment: I thought you did a great job for your first collage, it gets easier and funier the more you do them. I guess I should say about the vintage is I really don't like the advertising ones. I liked your ATC very much. Thank you
Response: Thank you very much, I am so glad you liked. I am enjoying learning to collage.
Comment: I have pm'd you regarding this. The rating before mine speaks volumes to how you take the requirements of a swap.
Best to your son.
Response: First off, I did not demand a five. I said I didn't know that you could give a 5 for a swap you received before late rating were even available. My misunderstanding. Secondly I will never regret trying to figure out what was wrong with my son's heart, instead of making sure I contacted you. This was the absolute worst swap experience I have had in the 4 years I have been swapping. I have always been able to work with fellow swappers before, rather it was from my end or there's. Compromise is in no way in your vocabulary. If my son had been sick before the swap I would not have signed up. It just so happens that the ATC was done before partners were assigned and an emergency happened. Life happens to all of us and I wish you the best in yours.
Comment: I got four ATC's today, a record. But yours was the first one i opened, and I must say I didn't stop smiling ever since. Thank you Miss TraySee, I never would have thought to make a card do that. You know I am gonna have to try that somewhere down the line. :)
Well you have a good weekend and thank you for everything!
Response: You're so very welcome. I really enjoyed doing it.
Comment: How very cool are my ATC's..Thanks you so much..Yes..very hunky--Harry Connick Jr....Whooo hooooo I love the recipe...I lived in Louisiana over 30 years and love the cooking/recipies from there!!!!! Hugs for the great swap..Kathie
Response: Thank you, I've never been, but I was excited about doing this state.
Comment: Thanks for the great recipes. I have to add, I really liked the notecard and envelope you sent them in, too. And sorry for the late rating. I thought I'd rated you, but when I went to click on my other partner, I realized I still needed to rate you, too.
Comment: Tracy, I love this tea wallet...the colors are beautiful and the tea is great! Sorry for the late rating I've had all 4 grandsons here, the older two just left yesterday so I have use of my computer again!!!! Thanks so much! Lynnie
Comment: oh see is so pretty and the color combp is wonderful love the way U made her wings and her eyebrow ring is perfect
ps that is what i forgot on my gothic fairy oh well but thanks very much and the ATC is so cute she is a "doll" love her sincerely Margie Diamante
Comment: Omg! What awesome paper dolls. I just introduced my visiting nieces to swapbot and everyone was quite impressed with these dolls when they came. Even your calendar page envelope was used as an example of how you can mail items. Thank you :)
Response: I'm glad you liked them. Hope your nieces enjoy paper dolls, and you can have fun making some with them. Kids just don't do this anymore.
Comment: Thank you for the scripture cards. They are lovely. I like that you put magnets on the oversized one from your church bulletin -- and what a great idea that is to save the extras. Very nice.
I have done enough of these scripture swaps that I have a collection in a recipe card box by my bed. It is really nice to look through them, which makes it nice to have them be the 3" x 5" size in the swap, BUT I have enough of those that it is nice to get something different, too.
Again, thank you.
Comment: This ATC was simply beautiful, my jaw even dropped! Your use of the swirl stickers as wings was so creative.
I had to do some rhinestone surgery and glue them all back on in their original places but now it's good as new :P
Response: Glad you liked it, so sorry the stones fell off, always worry about that when I use them.
Comment: JUST LOVE IT ALL.
I was so inspired by what you sent me. And you ask me a lot of stuff. I start to write about that. If you dont mind, Id like to send you an answer letter. Is that ok?! Hope hear from you.
Response: I'm glad you liked it, feel free to send your answers.
Comment: Thanks for the recipes! I've never had tuna casserole with french fried onions, so I'm excited to try that. I read up on "Hot Brown", and I think it sounded okay til the pimentos and tomatoes were thrown on top. Weird food :/
Comment: very much enjoyed reading your answers & getting to know you better! i love that they were detailed too-that makes it so much better! thanks for taking the time to share so much! happy swapping! :)
Comment: The BLT dip sounds yummy, I think I would eat with pita chips. That's one of my current addictions. Wanna know the best thing about all the recipes you sent me? They all seem SUPER easy! An extra added bonus.
Comment: Thank you....I think I will try the chicken, pass on the sweet potato...I already have a few great sweet potato recipes, but thank you any way. I love that they came on the pretty gingham paper. My cookbook is a three ring binder so it is perfect!
Comment: Thanks so much I love the fabric! -wish it was just a little smaller so the the tissues don't fall out
Response: I'm sorry about that, I used one of the tutorials posted. I felt like it was too big also. All three tutorials had different dimensions. I can make you another on if you like. I didn't know the tissues were falling out.
Comment: What a special swap to receieve---I'll be thrilled to carry the beautiful booklet you made in my pocket. I hadn't read "The Giving Tree" in a long time, and revisiting it was wonderful.
Thanks so much for the map, too, and for taking the trouble to resend this to me.
Response: Glad you liked it, sorry the first one was trashed in the mail.
Comment: very interesting photos! i esp.like the icey branches and pretty tree...and the deer carcass one...! ewwwww...i had to look away! VERY strange/disturbing...but interesting & unusual as well! lol! thanks so much for sharing! happy swapping! :)
Comment: Thank you so much for joining my swap and for the THREE recipes you sent my way! I can't wait to try them all, especially the Mexican Wedding Cookies, I know the enchiladas will go over really well with my boys! Thanks :)
Comment: I loved this list and learning about you--I was actually tempted to write you a letter, but I thought that might freak you out a bit! hahah...sorry I took so long to rate. Happy list-making! :)
Response: I am glad you enjoyed it, feel free to right a letter.
Comment: I had archived the swap, too. I thought I did rate you. I am so sorry that I missed that. I actually used several of your envelopes tonight to put tea bags into. My friend since childhood has a daughter with a 4 month old son in the hospital with spinal meningitis. I am making a "Mommy Basket" for her. I think your envelopes will make her smile, so thank you very much!!
Response: I'm glad you liked them. I really enjoyed making them. I found all the patterns online.
Comment: Thanks so much for the great buttons; my faves: US stars, pea coat/anchor, pink floral bouquet! And how on earth did you *know* I've long wondered what game Button Button was!? All I've ever known about it is the LSD-laced fun they had at some party in Go Ask Alice. :P
Response: I'm glad you liked them. I remember playing this game in music class in grade school.
Comment: I loved all my seeds I use Zucchini to make bread.. Love the little book thank you. Can't wait to try the little water melon. Daughter snatched it. The foxglove flowers looked interesting. Thanks for all.
Response: I hope they are seeds you can use, I have received some wonderful varieties.
Comment: What a great pin cushion I received today. And you did a great job. I'm not sure I could attempt one like this, but thanks for the pattern, also. I will definately give it a try and can only hope it turns out as good as yours. Again, thanks a bunch. Love it!!!!!
Comment: Thank you for the great variety of seeds! I cannot wait to plant, I'll be starting in a week or 2, I believe all of our really cold days are just about over here. Thank you so much! My husband uses alot of cilantro! :)
Response: I'm glad you enjoyed the seeds, we woke up to 26 degrees today, so I can say that it will still be quite awhile before we plant. Probably not till the end of April, beginning of May.
Comment: Thank you for the seeds and the booklet! Last year was my first time gardening and I think had I beginners luck, so I hope this year I'll have the same. I get catalogs from Burpee but never bought seeds, so I look forward to using these and maybe I'll start buying all my seeds from them.
Response: I'm glad you liked them. I get catalogs too and look at them forever, but have never ordered. We had a drought last summer and my garden just didn't enjoy the hose water.
Comment: Hello Tracy,
I received your ATCs for the "President ATC Challenge #3 a couple of days ago. I thorougly enjoyed checking out each ATC you created on each President. I really liked how you made each ATC in a "report format." I will proudly add your ATCs to my ever-growing and ever-changing ATC Personal Collection. I look forward to us crossing paths again in a future Presidental swap and/or a new swap. Hope you continue to experience successful swaps.
Comment: Thank you so much for the wonderful Red and Purple Dotee! I love her!! She arrived today! I appreciate your efforts and time in making her for me. Thank you for all your great communication. Big hugs to you!
Comment: Tracy, Your journal arrived today and what I've read so far is wonderful! I'm enjoying reading your insights. Thanks also for the bookmark and book thong. Both will have a special place in my Bible.
Response: Thank you, it was an enjoyable project. I wish I could have remained in the series, but between Girl Scouts & church and the other swaps I just have no time. Made me have to open my Bible more. Thanks
Comment: I loved her so much and thank your daughter for the baby dotee! My kids were kissing her and making the big dotee and the little dotee kiss! It was so cute. I am so glad she is mine!!!!! Thankyou so much.
Response: I am so glad you liked her, my daughter was driving me crazy about it. Wanting to know what everyone thought. Thank you.
Comment: Thank you for BOTH Dotees - they are adorable. Green and red, so they will match my Christmas tree! I love the bells - a lovely touch - and whatever you filled them with makes them crinkly, which is great. You are right, they are going to become very addictive.
Response: I am so glad you liked them, besides ATCs these might be one of my favorite swaps.
I've decided if I am going to swap I have to get better at recycling. So the dolls are stuffed with Wal-mart bags & left over tissue paper from gifts. I also have a big bag that I've been throwing even the littlest bits of fabric in, this too makes for good filler.
I loved everything you sent! My fav is the checkerboard! so cute! Great job! I love it all! some of it will go in a current dollhouse, and some I'll save for the next house I start! Thanks again!
Comment: Uh...yep I have some advice...send me more! LOL! The book thongs are great. Thanks for looking at my profile and making brown and pink ones...and with a shoe. Anyone that sends me shoe related stuff gets put on my best swappers list. If they had crowns to give out, you'd have one. Thanks!
Comment: The card is beautiful---I love the colours, and the cotton-snow, the glitteriness of it. And thanks so much for the extras! I'm hoping to make handmade Christmas cards this year, and I'm looking forward to using the sequins!
Comment: Thanks for the package. My children took the toothpastes for their camp packs and my husband gobbled up the cranberries. I guess I'll save my pennies in the piggy bank and get myself something later. :-)
