Comment: Linda, Great postcard. You must be from the same era as I, because that was just the in bathing suits and you had to have a Jantzen or Catalina suit. Great to remember to good old times. Thank you, Shirley
Comment: Thanks for the unique PC! My husband is also a retired teacher & we go to FL in January - to get out of the WI winter for at least a month! Lucky you to live there! Have not tried Bustelo, but maybe I will look for it next time we're there. Thanks again!
Comment: I will be so jealous if you can see rocket launches from your house! I hear that there are/are-going-to-be coffee M&Ms. I have looked and looked, but haven't seen them yet. I don't drink "regular" coffee, but I like all coffee sweet thing, pretty much!
Comment: Love the cat postcard :) I love tacos and we have an amazing Mexican restaurant right here in my small town of 1,000. The food there is amazing!! We make them at home too and right now we still have garden fresh tomatoes!! :) Thanks for the extra stickers, so nice of you!!
Comment: Maybe this postcard got lost in the mail. Here is my rating for you because I know you are a very good swapper.
Response: Thank you. I keep a photo of every card I send. I sent you a cut out from a box of straws on 8-3-15. I am disappointed that it didn't get to you because it had a little clear window on it. Thanks again for giving me the rating anyway.
Comment: Love the postcard! Daughter had her first trip to a non-river beach during our vacation. Went to Dauphin Island off of Mobile, AL. She loved it! :) I think we wouldn't get her out of the water if we lived close to a beach!
Comment: Love all the wonderful card you sent. Where in the world did you get such a delightful "shoes" postcard. I think I may actually frame that one and put in in my guest room. :) Of course I love all the other ones as well and a special thank you for the additional Halloween one. What a terrific swap. ♥ ♥ ♥
Comment: Thank you for the chunk! I am a regular purchaser of a prepackaged Starbucks drink, too: the double-shot! Sometimes it just helps me get through the afternoon at work.
Love the bird stamp. Today, along w/your postcard, I received my stamp order with a roll of these stamps all my own!
Comment: Linda, thank you so much for the zine...you can do it! and do it well :) I love the colourful images and you spoiled me so with the extras. Everything is really lovely, thank you for this smile you put upon my face today!
Comment: Perfect zine for me...I've been thinking of doing a sea themed artist's book:) YAY! This has peaked my interest again:) Love the little mermaid charm!! So cute. Thanks for a great zine. Hope you continue to have great swap experiences here. I've tried other groups and I always seem to have better swaps on SwapBot. Take care. Brenda (beenebag) One tip about zines...be sure to put your name/tag name, contact info or blog/website on your zine somewhere, gotta sign your work girlfriend:)
Response: Glad you liked the mermaids! Thank you for the reminder about putting my name and info on there. I had not even thought of it! Will do so from now on. Thanks again.
Comment: Hi, thank you for the lovely necklace. I really like it. Such a pitty it's a bit on the short side. I can't put it al the way around my neck. I will put the pendant on another necklace. Thanks again!
Comment: Thank you so much for the quotes, darling. I loved them dearly. They're very much appreciated, and the card that went along with it. You seem like a really great person, Linda, and I thank you for being that way with a complete stranger! It's hard to find people like that anymore. Brightest blessings to you. <3
Comment: This rating has taken me a long time because I got a card with a nice note but no Swap-bot ID from the sender, and no swap name. I hope you are the right person -- the card shows two cartoon characters in a boat above a waving sea and what I assume is a whale. The writing is, I believe, in Japanese. The card has a nice note, but was only signed Linda, so it has been a process of elimination trying to get the right person. Hopefully you are the one! Happy swapping -- with more info next time.1
Response: Yes, that is me. I am so sorry I did not put the info on the swap on there. That was careless of me. I know how much trouble you went to to track it down. A lot! i am truly sorry. I have been doing postcards for a while now and I now am in the habit of putting the swap name on the outside of the envelope or at the top of a postcard before I write anything. Hopefully I will never forget it again. I love swap bot and plan to continue participating. Thanks for your understanding and patience.
Comment: I got your postcard to pass on. And thanks for the lovely little bird charm! I'm going to move your name and address down a little on your postcard, so that it sits in the address part more. I think as it is right now, the post office might not distinguish it very well, and it may have the returning stamp placed right on your street. I'll also add your zip code. When it's full, it will be mailed back to you, so I'd hate for it to get lost in transit! Thanks again!
Response: Thanks for doing that for me. I guess I didn't read the directions very well and since this is my first time I didn't know how it would end. I get it now thanks to you. It was very kind of you. You are such a positive person!
Comment: Thank you for the awesome postcard and the message :) If you want to exchange PMs or emails about the rubber stamp carving, I'll gladly chat with you and I can share my knowledge on the subject :)
Comment: What a great PC. . . although I'm not a 'cat person' I do enjoy things to do with cats and this PC is a perfect cat PC -- would never see dogs playing chess!!! I love how the black & white cat has its paw ready to move a chess piece. Thanks for the great PC and have a wonderful week ~~
Comment: This PC is postmarked sent a day after the deadline, but I don't mind because it's a GREAT postcard! So interesting, I love it! This is definitely a fantastic addition to my collection. Thank you so much!
Response: glad you liked it! sorry about the postmark. I live in a retirement community and mail doesn't always get picked up on time.
Comment: Big thanks for sending such a beautiful card, it was so thoughtful of you to choose me this beautiful reprint, I love it! I have added Sunset Boulevard to my must watch list, thanks for sharing the quote =)
Comment: Thank you for the Easter PC. I bet it's lovely in Florida; I have never been, although I have family who live there. Summer has arrived in California - 90 degree weather and Spring never really came. *sigh* Oh well, more time to be outside in the heat, which I love! I hope your Easter is lovely. Take care!
Comment: Awesome PC :-) we were in Florida in February and while warmer today us - it was way cold for Florida. Spring had been to chicago but it comes and goes from 40 to 60 & back to 30...soon we will have better days! Fun swap - take care, Annette
Comment: Thank you for the atc and the interesting details about the vintage beads and other materials! I always enjoy when a partner tells me about the materials used. Today is a dreary grey day in Denver but in another day it will be bright and sunny again. Thanks for the pretty Valentine's card and the cute dog one, too
Comment: Oh My!!! What talent you have!! I knew I was gonna be put to shame on this swap! Absolutely loved seeing everything! I will keep your drawings where I can see them. We have a lot in common. Loved the postcards and stationery too! Thanks for making this such a special gift! God Bless!
Comment: Yummy looking cupcake on the card-fun colors AND thanks for the paperdoll postcard-what fun-like it a lot-thanks for sharing-so sweet you put my kitties on the envelope-even my husband noticed that when he brought in the mail
Comment: Thanks for the beat card! A toaster collection sounds interesting! I love the blue bottles too and have some though would love more. Just a note that next time out two stamps on this size card as I had to go to the PO to pick it up!
Response: Sorry about the mistake on the postage. Thanks for the heads up. I'll know next time.
Comment: Thank you for the "speed-date" letter :) The notecard was awesome! I haven't seen these kind of cards in Finland. And thank you for the cat-card too! :3 You are not in the age-group I'm looking pen pals from, but I appreciate so much that you sent these lovely things! Have a great day!
