Response: Still kicking myself for not buying more of those cards. I only bought one! LOL
Response: Funny, we had a survey at work, participants “earned” raffle tickets (the blue one on the card). I just found out yesterday that I won something.
Response: I think the background was rubber stamped/embossed then watercolor. That seems my theme lately.
Response: I often stamp/heat emboss on tissue, then modpodge it on. I’ll also emboss on heavy stock then hit it with watercolors (or colored pencils). I’ve been using a lot of my old embossing powders lately.
Response: I think it was Canson XL paper, nothing fancy.
Response: Thank you, and I’m glad you like it. Next time I make paper, I’m setting up more tables though, instead of working on the porch floor (I was sore in all my muscles for days after!)
Response: Thank you, this one was fun.
Response: Thank you, I had fun with them, now I'm inspired to continue that technique (for a while at least). And when I saw the Mae West cards, I knew I had to buy them, and share them.
Response: Yikes, I'm glad it made it to you (were mini envelopes inside too?). I'll keep the tape in mind for future non-watercolor paper envelopes.
Response: I'm glad you liked it. After that I made rose petal ink (used for a letter to my best gal pal who gifted me six rose bushes from her garden this spring), goldenrod ink, and I have a batch of acorn caps cooking now. Going out tomorrow to collect more walnuts... I love how a new"thing" can be semi obsessive lol
Response: Thank you, I'm glad you like it (and I'm way sassier than my birds are!)
Response: You're very welcome, and I'm glad you like them.
Response: I'm glad you like them. The butterfly... SO pretty!

Response: Glad you like. Thanks for rating (Wow they got there fast!)
Response: I hadn't read poetry in too long... it was a good way to start up again.
Response: OMG that sounds deadly good!
Response: Maybe maple+bacon is a Midwest US thing. Sweet/salty/smoky. Had maple candied bacon ice cream at the state fair a couple years ago. Mmmmm
Response: Yup. Free admission. Even has a MontyPython narrated SPAM section.
Response: Thanks, our hospital gets about 1/4 of the state's cases. It's actually easier when all the patients are positive-don't have to try to remember which rooms need all the PPE. :)
Response: Thanks, I'm glad you liked it.
Response: Thanks, I'm always self conscious sending things I've made. I'm glad you liked them, they were so much fun to do.
Response: I'm glad I had an opportunity to send it (I have several 'special' cards).
Response: Glad you liked it. Nice to have an opportunity to share my weird sense of humor.
Response: It was SO hot the day I sent that recipe, I wasn't going to turn on the oven to make them. And then I did, and ate two. I make them so often!
Response: When I went to Scotland, I was THRILLED they had haggis post stamps! Then it led into a conversation with the very attractive and fit young man at the shop... I swear he was flirting with me (that's my story, and I'm sticking to it!)
