Comment: I love your little tags!! I'm not even sure I could choose a favorite! I think I will add them to the journal I am making to use as a "book reporting" journal. And the poem by S.B. Browning will go in it, too! Thank you!
Comment: I love the roses, and I love that you kept them flat so I will actually use them - thank you! Your cherry- juice dyed envelope is very pretty, and I have to admit to sniffing it to see if it smelled like cherries 😂
Response: I’m so glad you liked them. I admit to smelling the cherry paper sometimes too! Lol Thank you for the rating and the heart!! Ü
Comment: Thank you so much for the swap. The vintage pattern items are great. Thank you so much also for the foreign language pages. (shorthand is foreign to many, including me).
Response: You are very welcome! Shorthand is foreign to me as well but I remember my mom learning it when I was a kid. I need to ask her if she still remembers it. Thanks for the rating and the heart! Ü
Comment: Hi Syndee and thank you for the cute little card catalogue journal spots. I had not started mine when I received your two in the mail and after looking at them could not wait to get started! What a fun little project and the two you made turned out wonderfully. I was glad I had some old card catalogue cards on hand to use but did not have any of the pretty sheer lace fabric that she used in the tutorial. So I had use some netting which was the best I could come up with, and you gave me that idea - so thanks! And thanks for a fun swap.
Response: Yay!! I love improvising! Thanks for the heart! Ü
Comment: Ooooh, Syndee! I LOVE LOVE LOVE yours clips! I like yours so much better than the ones I created. I think it's the beautiful copper wire you used--the spiral of the twisted wire is simply gorgeous and I'm IN LOVE with the larger flower one. I'm going to try to make more tomorrow that look like yours, haha! (No, I'm serious ;+) Thanks bunches and thank you for that sweet foldover note. Did you know that style is called Garden Fantasy? I had a set, too, because I used to correspond with my great Aunt Hortense (who raised my father). Hortense--what a name, huh? Do you collect vintage seal 'n' sends? If so, let's trade some; I have lots.
Response: You are just too sweet! I don’t collect this stationary and had no clue the name of the style so thank you for that! I just found a bunch of different pkgs of old stationary that I had saved from when I was a kid and wrote to my grandma all the time. I feel sad as my kids will never truly know the joy of sending and receiving handwritten letters. Thank you for this lovely rating!! Ü
Comment: I'm so lucky to get you as my partner again! I love this design and the way you echoed the flower pattern from the envelope to the tag. Love the doily accent and the sewing you did on the tag--that little maroon tab really sets it off beautifully. Your work is always so nice! p.s. Many thanks for the extra goodies; I will put them to good use!
Comment: Hi Syndee! Ooooh . . . these are so good! I love them both. I have tried (unsuccessfully) to use burlap in my design before; how did you keep it from unraveling? It's the PERFECT background for your piece. Love the layering and that sweet little paper clip you created! Thanks bunches for another wonderful swap!
Response: Awe thanks so much!! I just put a dab of wet glue around the edges to keep it from fraying. I have 6 very large burlap bags I have not been brave enough to cut up for that very reason. I gave one to a friend and she soaked it in a solution of half white glue and half water. Then payed it on a flat surface. It makes the fabric stiff and easier to cut and work with. I’ll be trying that soon! I’ll probably be sending burlap pieces to everyone who wants some! Lol
Comment: Syndee, this is GORGEOUS! There are so many beautiful elements it's hard to pick a favorite. I will say the gray backpiece with the sequins is stunning--what a beautiful background. Love the sweet little girl in her double-breasted coat and all the other lovely elements. Really beautiful work; thank you.
Response: I had so much fun making this! Thank you for your kind words and the heart! Ü
Comment: Hi Syndee! You definitely got the hang of creating these beautiful rosettes--no matter how you finished them! Love the colors and the glitter tulle you used. Your tag is lovely, too. Thank you for always being such a wonderful partner!
Response: You are so kind! Thank you for rating me and for the heart! Ü
Comment: Oolala! These are SO pretty! I love the botanical embellishments you used and all the little bits you attached to each tag. LOVE that doily on the Kraft background--I'm going to borrow that idea! Thank you so much for another wonderful swap!
Response: This was such a fun swap. Thank you so much! Ü
Comment: Beautiful! Syndee, I love your card and I love the sweet snowman Christmas card you sent along with it. The background on the ICAD is so nice--I love the touch of silver. Thank you for your Christmas wishes and I wish you a wonderful Christmas, too!
Response: I had a lot of fun with this card! Thank you for the heart! Ü
Comment: Thank you for the beautiful card. I'm not sure I want to send it on. This was a fun card to do. Every time I think about cutting back on my crafting, I discover some beautiful new thing to make.
Response: Thank you so much for the rating and the heart!!
Comment: And another great index card! I love the quotes you used and when I look at this it makes me think of trees and the beach - I guess it's the blue and pink colors you used and the die cuts remind me of trees against the sky. Really pretty effect and I'm loving these index cards! Thanks for another great swap.
Response: Oh you are so sweet! I loved working on this card. Thank you for the heart! Ü
Comment: Hi Syncee! Your #16 index card turned out almost exactly like the sample in the demo. Isn't it nice when you have on hand all the supplies you need??? It looks really great and i love the way the word looks die cut this way rather than individual letters. Thanks for another great index card!!
Response: I was excited that I actually had some of the same stuff she used too!! I know we don’t have to be exact but it’s kind of fun when we can get close! Thanks for your kindness and the heart! Ü
Comment: Beautiful prints!! I hope you made lots so you have some to use for yourself!! These will definitely have to go into my journal, I couldn’tbear to cut them!
Response: Oh thank you! I actually only have one spare. Lol I sent the best of them out to you all. This was my first successful go at using the Gelli plate. I really had fun! Thanks so much for your kind words and the heart! Ü
Comment: Thank you for the fun swap! Yes, we are both in the Mojave desert! I am just off the 138! Can't wait for summer to be over so we can go outside, haha! I hope the smoke is not too bad where you are.
Response: Thank you for the rating and the heart! Ü
Comment: Thanks for a lovely card. I too had to improvise greatly on this card but it is fun to experiment. The vintage post card is great!
I was surprised that the pastels did not smear. I just noticed the scratch and sniff stamp-so fun.
Response: Thank you for the sweet comments and the heart! Ü
Comment: Hi Syndee! Your index cards 7 and 8 are amazing! You were really able to duplicate the process on both of them, and I love them both. So many thanks. The Living Desert in Palm Desert is amazing and a great place to visit the giraffes. They have had two babies born in the past couple of years, so I expect your mother would really enjoy seeing that the next time they have a newborn. I have been signing up for all the YTPC swaps, regardless of what they are, and like you have really been stretching myself, which is great. Thanks for a fun swap!!
Response: I’m so glad you liked them! Thank you for the heart! Ü
Comment: Thank you for the beautiful index card. I love the sewing! It looks awesome. I'm a beginner at sewing on paper. Hopefully, one day I can learn to make it look like yours. Thank you for the book page too 💜
Response: I had so much fun with this!! Thank you for the kind words and the heart!!
Comment: Thank You for doing an autism theme. Very special. Did you know Taylored Expressions just came out with some new Autism themes stamps and dies! I can’t wait to get them. Have to save tho as I’m in the middle of a craft room redo. Very $$$$. For the future, a combination of mediums, supplies and themes is fine to satisfy the letter requirement. Not three of each! It did work out to make a great ATC tho!
Response: I’m so glad you liked it! I will be looking for those stamps! I know I will be able to use them a lot!!! Thank you for the kind comments and the heart! ❤️
Comment: Thank you so much for this wonderful masterpiece! I am so thrilled it is in my favorite colors which I adore. It looks like it is right out of a magazine, perfect. I love all the little envies you made and the tags and just everything. I don't want to take it apart because it is so pretty. Beautiful work. Hugs, Mona

Comment: I just love the pages you made for me. Especially the Frida one. I just love our group!!!
Response: Oh, I'm so glad you liked the Frida one. I had no idea what to make for you so I did some investigating in your etsy faves to get an idea of what you may like. Once I thought I had finished the Frida page, I remembered it was supposed to be yellow! Yikes! So I had to go and add some yellow. hee ;D Thanks for the rating and the heart!!!
Comment: Lucky me! I love, love, love this ATC! Everything about it is just wonderful, the background technique is lovely. The image is such so sweet..what a beautiful happy lady. Thanks for another beautiful swap!! XO

Comment: Syndee, Thank you so much for the pretty journal - I love the prompts. I can see the care you put into making this journal and appreciate it so much! I gave you a heart for the great breast cancer pen, too! Thanks for making this a great swap!
Response: Oh, I'm so glad you like it. There's funny story behind the altering of that journal I'll have to tell you sometime. It was sure fun though!
Comment: How great are the buttons you chose for me : from the smallest to the biggest they all are great and they will decorate soon some of the little things I make.
Happy to join this swap thanks to you.
Comment: Syndee, I love the card you made! When I opened it, glitter fell all over me...it made my day!!! I have four Valentine's now and I usually don't have any. The chocolate was a welcome and craved treat. Thanks so much!
Comment: I wanted to thank you for sharing with me some of your joys. I loved this swap and enjoyed reading what you were sharing with me.
I wish for you and yours many more joyful moments and memories. God bless-

Comment: Thanks for the great page! The image is so sweet :) I've never used the miro beads. They look like fun.
Response: Oh, I'm glad you liked it! I had so much fun making it. The beads are easy to use. You just smear some crystal lacquer where you want them and then sprinkle away! Thanks for the comments and the heart!!
Comment: Very beautiful - I love the sunflower picture you incorporated! Of course the corner bling and ribbon are favorites too:) Thank you for the time and effort you obviously put into this for me. I love it and can't wait to add it to my collection!!!
Response: Oh you are sooo sweet! I had so much fun making this. Thanks for the sweet comments and the heart!!
Comment: Fun selection! There is a funky button that sort of looks like a chocolate covered donut that is going to find its way into some sort of art this weekend. And the wooden with brass center looks vintage. I want to use that on a small purse. Thank you!
Response: You are welcome. I had fun sifting through my button stash. Ü
Comment: Awesome chunky pages. Wish I could give you a double rating and bunches of hearts. :) Silly ol' me. OOPS! That's Pooh's quote, isn't it? :)
Response: Hee, thanks so muchfor the rating and the heart! I had such a great time makng those pages. The mosaic one was my first attempt with doing a mosaic page, I hope to get a bit better at it with practice!!
I believe the above is a Christopher Robin quote that goes "Silly 'ol bear" ;D
Comment: Great track list. Haven't had the chance to listen since I'm not home, but I got sent a copy of the track list and we have a lot of the same taste in Christmas music. And the picture of the CD decor was so prerry, I love it. Thank you so much.
Comment: Thanks for the recipes! My favorite part was the letter..and the extra cornbread recipe. A Tree Grows in Brooklyn! I have it sitting on my bedside table waiting to be read again. I am reading another book right now for one of my classes, but want to read Tree again next.
Let's keep in touch, eh?
and who reads on your CD copy?
Comment: Thank you so much for sharing. It's amazing what you did with that wallunit. Hooking up the rods for the ribbon. Years ago I made myself a ribbon dispenser, but than I had my last child and she needed the room and I needed to get rid of a few bulky items, and that was one of them ugh. Yours made me miss mine but in a good way. :-)
