Comment: Beautiful cards, thank you! Was the butterfly embossed? It looks like it would be tricky to do, but it came out beautifully!

Comment: Pat--I very much LOVE the Chinese book page ATC. Thanks so much for it and the little extras that will be perfect for future ATCs, Inchies, and Twinchies. Yes, I am definitely a Tim Holtz fan--was able to spend a week-end in four classes he taught in April 2012 in Arlington, TX. I went with my daughter and scrapping friends who have "adopted" me into their group. They are responsible for my finding this amazing world of paper and altered art! I do "Tim" on a budger--finding old buttons, keys, jewelry bits and pieces, etc. on EBay and in little flea market and antiques shops that are very close to our home. Since we retired in May 2011, I've "lived" in my art/literature "studio" and my sewing "studio." I am VERY lucky to have an entire room for each hobby. I hope to swap with you again soon; your ATC is perfect for me!

If you're going to use them, do not use a plain envelope the bubble wrap you put around it doesn't save it from the machine at the post office. The shells are all shattered into about 50 little pieces.))

Comment: Thank you for the ATC, very nice. I grew up in upstate NY, near Corning. Corning was the 1st manufacturer of the original lens for the Hubble telescope. The first one they made cracked but it is on display at the Corning plant. The other thing I wanted to share with you is that, the 1st USA and the 1st NC flags that were flown on the moon were manufactured right here where I live now.

The problem is that people don't get better and then leave......they become stable and safe and then leave, often without a cure. I think that would make me feel like I wasn't doing enough to help them. I'd be curious to hear your sister's view.

The paper you used for background made me think of pottery. The coin is a great addition to top off the ATC.
