Response: So glad to know it arrived and that you like it!! I really love making the mini books--
:-) :-) :-)
Response: Perhaps the reason it all had a smoke smell was because I had no electricity from the tornados which destroyed my state --- and I did not want to send late, so I ended up packing the package up while we were cooking, making tea, making coffee, making hot water to wash dishes with and all the other things people have to do when they do not have electricity for 7 days, 13 and 1/2 hours. I am so sorry you apparantly do not have access to TV or radio or any other form of news coverage. Gee---maybe that was why the lady in ALABAMA who sent you a package that was WAY above and beyond the requirements---and which had cost $4.95 just for postage-----and which had things most people would have loved to have gotten---had that "Pray for the victims" written on the back. I thank God that not everyone in this world is as cold and uncaring and callus as you are----cause if they were there would not be any places where we have been able to go for food and bottled water. Your swap-bot name SEEMS to indicate that you are a real and caring person. This is why I think that after nearly 4 years, I need to leave this place---it is NOT what it used to be. I USED to be fun. This is not fun any more!!

:) :) :)
Response: Actually, I do it the old fashioned way--When I find an envie I like the size and/or shape of, I carefully take it apart and use it for my template. Once I get started it is hard to stop and I usually end up with a stack!!
Response: Of all the times I have run into it, it usually says "unknown". I once saw it credited to Mark Twain--but, just once, so I don't use his name when I use it.
Response: I searched high and low till I finally found those great plastic sleeves, just the right size for postcards--at Wal-mart in the section where they sell the things for making your own jewelry. Guess they are intended for jewelry makers to put their items for sale in them!!

Response: No--she was born in Carrier Mills, Illinois. The lie is about my height and size. My youngest son says I have no legs!!
Response: Hope you get to try the recipe some time!!
Response: Glad you got it OK!!
Response: although I love getting good ratings--I think you rated me too soon on this one as I haven't mailed the phone book ATCs out yet--Hope you will want to give me this rating once you get the pkg.
Response: I am short and plump--my son says that I'd be six foot tall if I had any legs!!
Response: Why are you going???
Response: The squash pie I have done before for our family reunion and have requests to do it again this year. The zuchinni cake is something I'm taking for the first time this year. My mom did a cake very similar to it last year--the only difference was that it had blueberries instead of squash!! It was AWESOME--and I don't care a whole lot for blueberries. I tried it last year with cherry pie filling instead of the blueberries. Hubby loved both of those-and was thrilled when I found the zuchinni recipe!!
Response: No, Mother was born in Carrier Mills, Illinois-Saline County. That is way south--Marion is the largest town near there. I'm 5 foot tall and 5 foot wide, just like my mother's granny. (I'm not that wide, but it sounds funnier that way.)
