Comment: Thank you for the very cool card. Did you know one of the primary differences between a crow and raven is the number of pinion feathers in their wings? So really, the difference is a matter of a pinion.
Comment: Thank you so much for the awesome postcard! We had a bookstore here in Houston in a beautiful old theatre and when it shut down someone bought the property and tore down that beautiful building to put up hi-rise apartments. This PC reminds me of that bookstore. Have a wonderful day!
Comment: Thank you for the Nice bookstore postcard! Thank you for sharing about "bow-bow." I made a blanket for my son who did not make it into this world. It has Raggedy Andy on it and sailboats. I have never gotten rid of it. Blankets can have so much meaning! Peace to you... Happy Swaps.
Comment: Thank you for the Brattle Book Shop postcard, I wish we had an outdoor one like that. I have heard that the unicorn was the national animal of Scotland, I would love to go there sometime and look for one!
Comment: Thanks for the PC - these lego cards I have been seeing are cute! Sorry for my late rating - all of my mail has come at once and it's been a struggle to get through it all. Like Christmas!! LOL.
Comment: Thanks for the PC Tricia with your answer to favorite games. I've never heard of Escape room game. But have Monopoly. I never did came for playing that game. I played once when a teen & that's the last time too, ha! I hope you've been well there.
Comment: These lego scene cards are the best! I love how you pokemon Go! I go through phases of hard-core gaming to not opening the app for months just depends on the company. Hope everything was okay and that you didn't transport to another time line.... oh wait... was nuclear war on your radar recently?
Comment: Hi Tricia! Thank you for the adorable postcard, reminds me of how my cats like to sleep all over me lol! That’s funny that your dogs like to eat the snow. We are cold right now in Florida but of course, no snow!
Comment: Oooh that is a spooky haunted house story. Did you end up needing a car repair place later? Maybe the ghosts were looking out for you? Cool postcard, cool encounter, lots of hearts to you! ❤❤❤
Response: Nothing so fortuitous! The cars were fine, but maybe the ghosts had a connection to the name in the phone book? Nothing like that never happened again, so it remains unexplained.
Comment: Thank you for the pecan pralines recipe! It sounds delicious!! I hope I will be able to make it correctly. Sounds like a Candy recipe with "soft ball" stage. A praline stuffed beignet sounds incredible! Will have to see if I. An find them on Amazon! Thanks for pc and the pralines "talk" 🙂
Happy new year!
Comment: Thank you for the cute card. Starting to get a few thanks to Swap-Bot. Love these Christmas Card swaps. Even though I've never met the people I consider them friends. Swap-Bot friends. Thanks again.
Comment: This is a very funny postcard! We have many mosquitoes here in MA too! My husband seems to be a mosquito magnet. I think they love his gingery, freckled skin. Warmly,
Jenny p.s. I love Maine, especially Blue Hill, Belfast and Portland!
Comment: I love the card. My daughter had a part Beagle/ part Bassett Hound until he died of old age. Triangle. Not the smartest of dogs, I would say, but loyal. How did you like Havana? When I wintered in FL, alot of people took their boats over to the island for a day's excursion from one of the Keys.
Thanks so much for the awesome Halloween Postcard. I love October as well! I actually enjoy October for all the reasons you listed... Colder weather, colorful leaves, and Halloween!!! All are amazing 😀Happy swapping and Happy Halloween!!!!
Comment: Thanks for the Lady Tremaine postcard and sharing your answer with me. I don’t watch the Simpsons and really don’t know Marge’s character. Your answer made total sense even without knowing her character.
Comment: You always send me the most beautiful postcards! The book you read sounds interesting, there's a book called "Wonderstruck" by Brian Selznick that also takes place between two time periods and ends up weaving together at the end!
Comment: Thank you for the star postcard and sharing your dates. I have to tell you, my daughter's birthday's are 10/8 and 8/10 and the partner that I sent a pc to in this swap has a birthday on 10/8. Lucky numbers for sure! Take care!
Comment: Thank you for the postcard. Yea, I too work with backstabbers...awful situation..getting so tired and emotionally distressed. I hare drama. It's just me and mu husband so we have quiet home life..but work environment? argghh
Comment: Thanks so much Tricia, for the Mosaic of Mars planet. I love the Planet PC's! Pretty much anything to do with Space. I have such a great fascination with space. Thanks so much too for the quote on Sleeping Beauty. Love it & the PC! I hope you're at your best these days. Take care.
Comment: So sorry for the delay in rating. While switching seasons in the hall closet I just found a bag of mail from the winter. That's a wonderful wishlist. I can't understand #2 and #3 though but still I hope all of your wishes came true.
Comment: Thanks for the great card! I know about this place and I'd love to visit the museum part--but definitely would not be brave enough to stay overnight! I saw something a little while ago about it being for sale, not sure what the current status is.
Comment: Hey! The universe aligned again! You had no way of knowing, but my husband was a commercial fisherman on the North Atlantic, and also out here on the West Coast. Thank you so much for this pc of the Gloucester Monument. He is also originally from Massachusetts, so everything fits perfectly. Thank you! 💖💖💖
Comment: Thanks for the nice postcard. I used to have family in Troy and I love a good Hudson photo.
I can relate to the sleeping dog fact. I woke up quite squished with our two kittens lying on me! Jenny
Comment: Hello and thank you very much for your postcard. I will be sharing it on my Instagram page (trishaspostcards) as well as on my Facebook page (Trisha's Postcards). I hope you have a fantastic day. Happy swapping!
Comment: Thank you for the Rhode Island Building postcard. The Big E sounds like a fun event to attend. How fun to see the Budweiser horses and of course eat lobster! Take care and thank you for sharing. :)

Comment: Thank you for the great New Orleans postcard. The French Quarter is my favorite place. It is nice to have a postcard of it. Thank you for sharing your thoughts with me about the changes with Covid.
Comment: I absolutely adored the Winnie the Pooh card! That was very special to me and so perfect for this swap! Thank you so much for the little extra! Hope your pupper isn’t too swamped by the snow still LOL ❤️💜
Comment: Seasons greetings,
Thank you for the answers to this swap. It's amazes me still how something so small can make such a huge impact in our world.
Thank you so much for joining my swap:-)
I have been away from home since after Thanksgiving, so opening up all my swaps since then was like Christmas morning. Smiles abound,
Comment: This card made me very happy and was full of Christmas spirit and joy! Love that it was Charlie Brown but ALSO glittery! Yay! So sparkly in the light. It's front and center on my mantle. Cute blue jay tag too! Thank you!
Comment: Thank you for the Card. I am waiting until closer to Christmas to open it.
12/23. I opened your card today. I do enjoy the peanuts gang. Thank you for sharing this with me and for the goodies. Merry Christmas
Comment: cool card ty... it reminds me of when the Titanic exhibit was here at the Museum of Science.... Everyone got a ticket with an actual passengers name on it... and at the end of the tour you found out what happened to them... turns out that the names were of two survivors that my husband and I got. thanks for the trip down memory lane.
Comment: Thank you for the cute fawn postcard and orca joke. My grandsons will love that joke, their school mascot is the orcas. The fawn reminded me of the deer when I saw driving home today. It was so beautiful. Thank you for making my day!
Comment: Hello and thank you for your lovely postcard. I will be sharing it on my Instagram page (trishaspostcards) as well as my Facebook page (Trisha's Postcards). I hope you have a fantastic day and happy swapping!
Comment: Thank you for the siamese cat pc. When I was growing up, we had a siamese cat. She could be such a lover, but on the other hand, she could also be a brat! lol. Thanks for the joke, I am going to share it with my nephew. Have a great day!
Comment: Thank you! I'm generally pretty good at the Magic Eye things. I *think* this one was a snake in a basket? Kinda like if you were looking down into the basket as the snake chamer played his flute to make the snake come out. Maybe! Lol!
Comment: Hey there Delilah!! Haha!!! SAME!! This card only had my name on it the entire address was ripped off but some how it made it. Being reminded of how bad that song is not only got it stuck in my head, but made my day with the laugh it gave me! Thank you
Comment: I also want to travel to turkey and Ireland!! I have to Ask why you want to visit San Jose?? We passed through there yesterday on our way to SantaCruz on our way down the California coast. We just got home from our summer trip 1 hour ago!!! Thanks!
Comment: Thank you for the Patches card from the Animal Box set. I have that set and have sent out many of the cards But I really like when I received a naked written one then I don;t feel bad about keeping them for myself.
Comment: Tricia... Thank you for the pc. I have yet to get to Bermuda, Although I do know someone that lives there. He went to school with my older brother. I am so relieved to hear that you did not swim with a Hurricane coming!! 😌
Comment: Thank you for the excellent postcard! It made me laugh. We sometimes say that about our cat because it thinks everything revolves around him and his need to eat. I did not know Hallmark made postcards like that.
Comment: Haha I think it's funny Snoopy has a cookbook! Glad the spaghetti turned out good, even if it made too much. My sister and I attempted to make dinner for the family last night and we sort of failed. I burned the potatoes and the peas were soggy, but my sister's fried chicken tasted good! I guess I need more practice. :)
Comment: Thank you for the cute post card! I hope you get to bring your dog to the ocean this year. We live right by the ocean and water and our dog has her own life jacket when we take her out on the boat.
Comment: It totally seems odd to see people that close together. I was helping one of my coworkers record a music program for our library. We had to re film it because we were too close in the video! ha
Comment: Thank you for the postcard. Interesting fact about the brother who founded the local historical society where you purchased this pc. Stay safe and happy swapping!
(sorry I'm a little late rating, I have been out of state caring for my mom post stroke)
Comment: Thank you so much for the cool PC! I never knew of the pharmacy museum. If we get to go to NOLA again we will check it out! The WWII museum there is awesome, also, if you get a chance to see it. Have a great day and stay safe!
Comment: Thank you for the PC. I have never seen Pocahontas, actually I have seen less than 5 Disney films - totally not a fan and they charge wayyyy too much to ever visit their park (which is less than a 30 minute drive from my house). I hope someday a friend who works there will invite me - I want to see Star Wars Land and I like Space Mountain, Pirates of the Caribbean and the Haunted Mansion too. Take care and be well!
Comment: Thank you for the wonderful postcard. I will be sharing it on my Instagram page (trishaspostcards) and on my Facebook Page (Trisha's Postcards). I hope you have a fantastic day and Happy Swapping!
Comment: Thank you for the Peanuts Christmas card Tricia, I love it! What are the holidays without them right? It's funny you mention the Macy's balloons--I think one group did run into some wind trouble! Happy holidays to you! --RJ
Comment: Aw, you reminded me of a dog I used to have that would open get own presents as well. I hadn't thought about that little part of her in a long time, thanks for the sweet trip down memory lane. Happy holidays to you, and please give your dog a few pats from me.
Comment: What a lovely postcard! It's interesting that you've been collecting postcards for so long. I'm relatively new to it, although I do have one that I had in my high school locker in 1988 (George Michael)! Happy holidays! :)
Comment: (⊃｡•́‿•̀｡)⊃━☆ﾟ.*･｡ﾟ Thank You Tricia for the beautiful Christmas card. I love biblical/religious themes! The gift tags and prayer cards are so pretty! I am especially touched by your genuine and meaningful handwritten note that required some of your undivided attention and quality time. I am sincerely touched. Thank you. Blessings to your and your family. 💖❥💞❦💕❧💗♡💓♥️❤️❤💘ღ💝❣💘💚💟💙💜💛 εїз Ƹ̴Ӂ̴Ʒ ❤ ƸӜƷ εїз xoxo Lora P.S. The Muppet Christmas Carol ROCKS! It would not be Christmas without it!
Comment: I love Magic Eye puzzles!!!! This was extra hard for me for some reason and took a long time. Maybe because I have LASIK? Not sure. I remember there was a kiosk for these at the mall. This was extra special because my daughter's name is Liberty! She's my Liberty Belle. Thank you for a trip down memory lane :):):)
Comment: Thanks for the postcard. I live in a small village, on a smaller road and we don't get many trick-or-treaters anymore. Many of the ones we get come over from the city too, so it isn't the neighborhood kids that we used to watch grow up. I'm not sure I'll participate this year as I have dance class. The really cool thing we have is that our Fire Department drives around to all of the different neighborhoods (they publish a schedule, but you can hear them coming) and you can head over to the closest stop for complimentary cider and donuts with your neighbors!
Comment: Thanks for a great card! I love those magic eye ones! I remember back in the 80's when they were sold in stores at the mall! So fun! Thank God it didn't last long! haha! Have a great day and happy swapping.....
Comment: Thanks very nice. It was nice you helped out the historical society. Brings back memories use to take my kids to see grist mills they thought it was fun enjoyed the corn bread I made when we got home.
Comment: Thank you for the PC! Baking is such a fascinating thing when you think about it. If you haven't seen them already, I can recommend Good Eats and America's Test Kitchen. I love their experimental approach to food. Happy baking!! <3
Comment: Thank you for the postcard! I didn't know all this time that New Orleans can be abbreviated to NOLA. I feel you with the humidity though. It's getting hot here and I can't wait for the cooler weather!
Comment: Such a lovely PC. Thank you.
I am a fan of Samuel Langhorne Clemens, for more than his stories.
My favorite quote of his is: "Truth is stranger than fiction, but it is because fiction is obliged to stick to possibilities; truth isn’t".
Comment: Loved the postcard!! Tiana is actually one of my favorite Disney princesses <3 Hope you have fun in New Orleans!! Flying on your own isn't so bad, I did that for the first time this last summer. I just made sure I had a book and the time went by super quick <3
Comment: Thanks for the interesting Minnesota facts PC and your note.
I see they have a picture of Paul Bunyan on it, which is odd because he came from Maine. ;-)
Wisconsin/Minnesota is one of the road-trips in our 'hat'. The Mall is on the list so I think we will add that hotel as a place to stay. Thanks.
Comment: Thanks for the nice PC and your note. The costs of higher education have gotten ridiculous. I divided my daughter's tuition by the hours she spent in class and found that she was paying over $200 a class hour.
Comment: Loved reading your answers.Lots of chuckles. :)
I also have Forester. My feet are cold too. Otherwise, excellent car especially in the winter. I hope your dog is well and happy and enjoying more rides.
Response: Lol I'm glad it's not just me with the foot heater! My dog is well, he hasn't had any episodes since we got locked in the car *knock on wood* and is loving winter and jumping through the snow! :-)
Comment: Merry Christmas. We are waiting to make a DYI project with the cards. So not opening until we finish it. It’s motivating! . . I can’t wait!
I love your envie. Merry Christmas and thank you kindly for putting so much work into the swap. 😍❤️😍
Comment: Thanks so much LOL! This actually cracks me up -- the poor people in the freezing weather vs the people on the warm, sunny beach! LOL!!
Thanks!! Looks like this one went around the world a few times! It's postmarked 19 may from CONNECTICUT and just arrived in NJ today LOL I wonder where all it's been!
HAHAH! Thank you so much!
Comment: Tricia, what a cute Christmas card! Loved the textured panguine! Absolutely adorable. Best of luck with your Christmas cookies. I'm down 2 with several more variations to go. If you don't have a cookie scooper I'd highly recommend one-they save me so much time. 😜 Merry Christmas from Iowa! â¤ï¸Debbie
