Comment: Thank you so much. You did a wonderful job. I really like the glittery, silvery pen you used to cross out the unused portion. This was my first time with blackout poetry too. Stay safe and healthy.
Comment: Thanks for your pouch. It would have been interesting to know where you have got your fabric from. What is the story behind it. That was part of the swap requirements stated (no 7).
Response: Sorry, I was so excited to get it in the mail I forgot to reread the requirements. I used leftover fabric from some quilts I made years ago. The zipper I bought years ago also in a bulk deal at a thrift store.
Comment: Ack, sorry for the late rating. I am so intrigued by these walnut pies! I've never heard of a walnut pie, but now I need to try it. LOVE your story about gathering and cracking the walnuts. What a lovely memory. THANK YOU! :):):)
Comment: I love you atc!! So cute and a perfect way to incorporate book pages - I use them as backgrounds all the time! Thanks for swapping.
Response: I randomly tore page out and didn't realize what the page content was until I was adding the embellishments. It is quite a dramatic scene in the book. I tried to cover all the words that did not go with my theme. The bottom pic is covering the word EMT. If you look on the top left you can still read something about not having a pulse. I had a good laugh at that being my background for friends.
Comment: YEs so sorry,,,, I received the christmas mug rug and really thought i rated you....I received it on Dec. 5, 19. I may have forgot to save rating.... I love it thank you.. I have them hanging on my craft room wall to use when needed.
Comment: Debbie thank you for the card and short note! I want to apologize for taking so long to rate you as I signed up for some swaps on other sites and I tried my best to make sure I was ratinf and thanking people but not every card had the swap written on it and I think yours fell through the crack for which i deeply apologize!!!!
Comment: I can't believe how special this package is! I am so very excited! This was so much work for you and I love it so much! My whole family was excited that you made me a nativity! It is perfect! I hope I get you for a partner in the future! My husband says I need to give you 10 points for this one!
Response: I'm so happy you like it! I had a lot of fun making it for you. Merry Christmas!!
Comment: Thanks. I thought it was a swap requirement to write the original sentence, but I guess not, makes it less exciting. Cant see the changes :(
Response: I ran it through 7 languages. Google did a really good job translating. The biggest changes were I said it rains here a lot and it changed it to something like it is raining now heavily. It also changed Merry Christmas to Happy Holidays. I think next time the host should have us write both on the postcard or send a message with the original before google.
My partner's postcard only had a couple strange words. It hadn't changed to anything significantly different either.
Comment: I have always been hesitant to make mashed potatoes. I know that's silly but my mother-in-law makes the best, so... and my son is a chef! Anyway, I'm going to try yours. Thanks for all three recipes! Merry Christmas!
Comment: Thanks for all the Christmas goodies. The confetti is wonderful as well. I can use it in the next shaker pocket I make. I look forward to trying the Holiday Tea. The artwork on the packet is so pretty. Happy Holidays.
Comment: Thank you for the nice card! We don't have that much problem with deer, but reindeer really like to come to the gardens sometimes for easy meal. They are half tame and stubborn so it is pretty hard to get them leave...
Comment: What a lovely card and the snowflake magnets were a surprise (literally falling into my lap at my desk). I lived for a few months in PA in 1976, attending Peninsula College for part of one semester. Have a lovely holiday.
Comment: Thank you so much for the lovely Christmas card and the fridge magnet as well. That's exactly what we do each year. Not especially on Christmas eve, but during the Christmas holidays from school (2 weeks here) we always take a trip with my mom to see the pretty lights in Amsterdam.
I wish you and your loved ones wonderful holidays as well!
