I started a new book this week and in 4 days I have succeeded in reading 4 pages. I've got to make more time for my reading. I read many more books when I was working than since I'm retired. No senior dogs are not easy. And it bout killed when i had to put my senior Chihuahua down in nov. We rescued him when he was about 7/8 or more ( best vet could tell due to neglect took alot of work all way round. Poor baby scared of everything. He went totally blind almost yr before we had to put him down. ( dr thinks he had a tumor in the brian that we couldn't have known about and it moved causing a stroke like) we only had him about 7 yrs.
When you take them in like that is when i think they make the best babies.

I don't watch TV any more (perhaps a documentary or special once a month on average, but no regular TV shows) but I did enjoy Dead Like Me. I have both seasons on DVD and have the movie ordered.
Response: NOOOO. The movie is so awful. It came in my box set; it ruins everything. I worry when people borrow the seasons they won't listen when I say don't watch it-so I got rid of it. haha

Response: I was actually a Forensic Scientist in Undergrad; our professor was the Curator, so we got to go a lot. It is work the vacation pit stop! Even though smaller than most museums, the knowledge packed in there is amazing!

Comment: I really loved the Tinkerbell PC and quote. Just a note that it was hard to read your moniker due to the Post Office usually prints a type of bar code along the lower mid to right bottom. Newer PCs will block off that part but the older ones I have to remind myself its a "no write zone" Sometimes if there is writing and it cannot get through they will put these odd long stickers along the cards and then it gets stuck in multiple Post Office sorting loops.

Response: Ah the hair bow! I used to have super long hair, and I did so much with it. Then my mom cut it all off (it really was an accident. I said layers, she saw a pixie cut photo so she did the drastic swoosh). It was a lot. That hair bow was a gift she got me the day before I lost all my hair, then I could never use it. 10 yrs later I still haven't grown out my hair haha. When I found it I thought this is uniquely me.

The lighted headband is funny, actually could have used that when I was wrapping pipes under the sink. It's hard to hold the flashlight at the same time. It's still leaking, so the headband will come in handy! That hat is really cute. Got a big kick out of the other funny ones, like....Nothing Day and Humiliation Day. Comment: (Just lost a looong comment. Take II!) Belated thanks for your interesting answers which I'm just in the middle of rereading now. I think I put down that my freak talent was recognising actors in the background, or playing minor characters, and being able to list what other movies I've seen them in. Some are in old films and they went on to become famous and others didn't. Part of the 'talent' is being able to recognise people from 50 yrs or so ago when they looked completely different to how they look now. I love how much it spins my husband out when I do it! So I really related to your similar talent for knowing everyone's (actors') names. :)
