Comment: I received your postcard back on 7/1 but have gotten behind on my ratings. You didn't mention your travel dates, but I have been praying for you and your family - for safe travels, good weather, and good health and happiness during your visit. Hope you have a good month!
Comment: Thank you for the postcard, unfortunately through no fault of your own I only received half of the card. I do not know what your picks were 😞 Luckily it had your name on it and this is my only swap with you. Looked like a cute Texas card 😊 6/6/19: Thank you so much for the resend, it made it in one piece....love the picture on the front. I love Nailed It! Thinking about starting Night Shift....looks good. Thanks again, Happy Swapping 😊
Response: I'm so sorry to hear that! We are currently working out of town, but I will send a new card off to you this weekend when we get home!
Comment: Thank you for the two decos. Just letting you know but the washi tape with white background and parallel red dots, I would toss it out. It made your Dr Seuss page stick to the next blank page. I was just barely able to pull them apart and used a little baby powder on the tape to reduce the stickiness to try to save it. I like your Dr Seuss page :)
Response: Thank you for letting me know! I really appreciate you working to separate them so carefully! I appreciate it so much. I had another problem with that tape and threw it out yesterday.
Comment: Thank you for sharing about "Love". It is fun to see other church''s ideas for a bullentin. I enjoyed the doodles! I pray the next ministry will go for you! Thanks for hosting this swap and I think you should do it again!
Response: Thank you so much for praying for us. Hubby and I have an interview Wednesday at lunch. Thanks for the heart.
Comment: The swap was marked sent March 4 and 2 weeks passed without receiving the swap. When I received it, the metered postage that was bought and printed at the post office is dated March 12. The due date for the swap was March 7. I normally don't pay much attention to postmarks but since it was sent so late, it was obvious. There were no communications prior to receiving. I have communicated with ChrisAnne about the swap and she gave her reason for sending late.
Response: Thank you for understanding the delay. I am truly appreciative. Her account is factual. I look forward to swapping with you again soon.
Comment: Really Cute little bags or envie you tucked each one of the GREEN items in !!! Love the acrylic stamp- cactus and the red Ribbon and ready for a Cup of Green Tea.. and the little word Extras... Everything !! Thank you Very Much, Hugs from Cold and Windy and Yep we had Snow today.. ( 34* feels like 25*)
Response: In so glad you loved it! The variety of items in these swaps is so much fun!
Comment: Wow! You sent me an enormous envelope, with fabulous surprise inside of so cute French Bulldog! Thank you so much ChrisAnne for the ASPCA 2019 calendar! I have put this calendar up by in my bedroom. And the cats, beautiful! Gorgeous UnBirthday card you sent me I will save for my June birthday. Fun swap!
Comment: I just received my goodies. The envie must have made lots of rounds through the post office. I can't wait to use the leaves in my scrap booking. We had a great fall in 2018 so I have lots of photos to scrapbook. Thanks for a nice variety of goodies.
Response: I'm so glad you received it. Was the envie in bad shape? I thought I had it taped well, guess I better re-enforce more next time.
Comment: Thank you for the envelope of flowers bright and beautiful! Then filled with flowers how nice! Made me think of spring! Always a joy to swap with you! God bless you and yours! Hope you’re feeling better!
Response: Donna, I’m so glad I could brighten your day! I am so blessed to have you in my life!
Comment: What a pretty PC ChrisAnne. I will read Col 2: 1-3 I always think of my Christian friends as a group of us knit together in love and it is encouraging to me too. Thank you for the PC lovely note and for hosting this swap too~
Response: Thank you for the heart and thank you even more for your kind words.
Comment: Hello ChrisAnne! Thank you for the fun envie of Dot items! The blue gem dots are really neat! Never seen any like them! The dot punch scatter.. what a lot of work! Love the washi, and the papers are really neat too. Thank you so much for everything!! I Promise I will put them to good use!
Response: I'm so glad you love your goodies. I am an avid dot crazed crafter so it was fun to put together!
Comment: Our pastor's message last night was from James 1:2-8, so receiving your postcard and seeing that it was about James 1:12-14 was another one of those times when you just know God is speaking to you! I'd prayed for His guidance on a few issues on Sunday morning before church and He answered my prayer -- I felt His guidance in the morning service's message for one of the issues I'd prayed about and then I felt His guidance again on a separate issue with the night's sermon and your postcard! It's amazing how God works! <3
Response: I just love how God works things together. Thank you for letting me know how He used me to encourage you.
Comment: Sorry for the delay in rating you! I could of sworn I did but it looks like it failed to actually stick :( Thank you for re-sending to me...I liked learning more about you and look forward to swapping with you again in the future!
Response: Thanks for the heart. FOPS is much fun to swap in.
Comment: Great recipe! I had it with Cherry pie filling but never with fresh berried! Yum! Thank you for the other one too. Summer Afternoon yes are beautiful words! Enjoy you August! It sounds like a fun month!
Response: Thank you! You can use frozen berries or other frozen fruit too!
Comment: Thank you for the sweet look into your life! It seems you have a great time and lots of great people around. And you are doing amazing work by fostering children - I am full of respect for you! Thank you for sharing with me!
Response: Thanks for your sweet comments. We love the kids and it is rewarding.
Comment: Thanks for sharing a bit of your life with me! Loved the pics of flash and your foster kids, looks like you're all having a wonderful summer. And I'm so in love with vertical garden, is gorgeous! And I have a thing for L shaped couches hehe, yours looks so comfy!
Response: Oh, it is so comfy! Thanks for the sweet compliments.
Comment: Aww, Flash is such a cutie, loved his pics, thanks for sharing with me! It's really easy to tell he has a happy life and is very loved, just as he should be. Please give him a hug for me :) Have a happy summer!
Response: He thanks you for the cuddles and I thank you for the heart.
Comment: I love black cats, so this card is a keeper! Unfortunately, the "embellished" aspect of the card has been completely removed, just a trace of glue on the front of the card... wish I knew what it looked like, cute I'm sure!
Response: I'm so sorry! I will see if I saved a picture of it for you. I am so so sorry!
Comment: Your Prayer Tag was GORGEOUS!! I was hoping I would get Fabric one!! I work with paper! There is only sooooooo much you can do with paper LOL!! I love the way you ordered your prayers! And thank you for including me! I love you ALREADY!! Hope
Response: Thank you for your kind words. I am much better with fabric than paper so I have been making more and more fabric tags. I am so blessed that you like it. Thank you for your continued prayers, and I hope to see you in another swap soon!
Comment: The journal arrived today, thank you! I really enjoyed reading everyone's answers - and yours! You have beautiful penmanship, and your bio was truly interesting! Also...it's snowing here. :( xoxo
Response: Thank you for your sweet comments. This is such a fun swap series. I wish I could remember what I wrote on my bio this time that was so interesting. :)
Comment: Thank you so much for the adorable bunnies. I have them sitting on the corner cabinet in my kitchen, so I can enjoy them. Also so my two kitties can't get them. They thought maybe they would be fun to play with when they arrived.
Response: I’m so glad you like them. They were a lot of fun to make.
Comment: Thank you for the wonderful swap! You were very creative on what you sent to represent each letter. :) I'll enjoy using it all and I really like this swap. Thanks for hosting one each month and I hope you continue to do so! May your evening be blessed.
Response: Thank you for your sweet comments and encouragement. I just posted the next round of this earlier today.
Comment: I will never join any of your swaps again, what a terrible swap. WHAT YOU SENT ME WAS A DISGRACE, AND THEN YOU HAVE NERVE TO TELL MY PARTNER I AM NOT WITHIN GUIDELINES? YOUR A LIER you don't deserve a heart, I saved your messages too, its ok I left your awful group, and you will never have to worry about dealing with me again. This is how you treated someone who was within guidelines of your swap. AND YOU KNOW I AM RIGHT YOU DESERVE A 3
Response: Thank you for the quick rating and heart. UPDATE ~ 3/9/18 ~ You have changed this rating comment at least twice. You originally gave me a heart so it is ironic that you are now saying the swap was a disgrace. I have saved your messages to me including your use of profanity and you admitting to changing a previous rating for your send to partner. It is very unfortunate that you escalated to this extreme.
Comment: I apologize that I didn't rate a couple days ago when I received the swap. Love all that you sent. The Snoopy love airplane is adorable and my 2 year old grandson loves it. I also needed more postcards so that was good getting those. Thanks for everything!
Response: Thank you for the heart and the kind words. I’m so glad you enjoyed your goodies.
Comment: So cute! Is this called a flip book? I love the folding that reveals the next fun page.
Response: I"m not sure if it would be considered a flip book or not. I just wanted to try a new type of card and thought you would make the perfect guinea pig. I can send you the link to the tutorial if you want.
Comment: Hey ChrisAnne!! Thank you so much for the awesome card!! I love that white dog! And the pictures of Zippo and Samson are so adorable. This was a fun swap!! I love the doggie stickers! I am going to use them in my scrapbooking, since all i scrap are my bulldogs!!! Just as it should be!! Thanks again for hosting this swap! Super fun!
Response: I'm so glad you love the goodies. Let me know of other themes you would like for the Seal & Send series as I'm running out of ideas.
Comment: Thanks for the postcard, Chris! I have to use pens exclusively at work, so I hardly ever use pencils- the cooler the pen is the better, ha ha. Though.... I am picky about how I want my pen to write- I like precision pens the best that flow smoothly, sharp, and crisp! I like your Cross image on your profile, by the way :)
Response: Thank you for the heart and message. It’s always a blessing to find another Christian.
Comment: That was so sweet of your foster kids, Chris! I love hearing about inspiring acts of selflessness like that! I'm managing several charters for Dicks Sporting Goods on Monday, so I'll guess we'll find out tomorrow if the Vikings make it to the Super Bowl or not. I am not a sports fan, so I have no vested interest in anything... lol
Response: Thanks for your encouraging words and for the heart. I’m really enjoying this group.
Comment: Hi ChrisAnne! Your imaginary friend sounds really neat, I wish I had someone to encourage me to exercise haha. The postcard is freakin gorgeous too. Thank you for the card and for hosting! I hope you do more of these.
Response: I’m so glad you enjoyed it. I will keep trying this swap once a month. Hopefully they will catch on and more will join us!
Comment: Thank you! I am so happy you were my partner in this swap. I found you letter so interesting. I enjoyed reading about your word for the year. I like that. I will be praying for you! Hugs, Christina
Response: Thank you for your kind words and the heart. Always praying for you too!
Comment: Sorry for the late rate it gets Cray cray this time of the year! I enjoyed your entry, I'm entirely new in this traveling journals, but I think I can rate you based on what you wrote right? Happy Holidays!
Response: Thanks for the heart. Merry Christmas and you are correct about rating. Rate based on the person sending to you meeting the swap requirements.
Comment: Thank you for the beautiful Christmas Card! I enjoyed hearing about what you are doing. I like this kind of swap and would love to see you do a monthly one of these! Oh I also like the snowflake! Merry Christmas!
Response: Thank you for the heart and for your kind words. I don't know that I will do this one, but I can look at doing more similar to this one.
Comment: Thank Thank you for the week of Happy Envies! I opened the first one with the address labels in it! My daughter and I were delighted! I am anxious to see what else is in store this week! I love all the looks of the envies!
Response: I'm so glad you like them! Hopefully you can even reuse the "envelopes".
Comment: Thank you so much for the beautiful fabrics! I have really fallen in love with oranges, rusts, and brownish colors lately. But I haven't given up my purples yet, just added to my likes. Have an awesome day!
Response: Diane,I am so glad you like them! Enjoy creating something beautiful!
Comment: This beautiful card and fun things didn’t have the name of the swap 🤔 but I think it’s this one? 😂 I don’t blame you for not wanting to part with this card it’s simply beautiful! Very sweet swap thank you â¤ï¸
Response: Yes, this is the right swap. I'm so glad you like the card.
Comment: Thank you for the pretty tags using a wide variety of supplies. Your cheery envie really brightened up my mailbox. (If you would like me to use my BigShot to cut you a bunch of tags, just let me know.)
Response: Thank you for the sweet compliment and heart. I actually cut those out after doing the art so I could pick the prettiest spot to use for the tag.
Comment: I think my chances of being killed by a vending machine are more than twice as likely of being bitten by a shark. Unless of course the shark can bite me through the TV! 1.6million ants??? I think i'd lose count ;~)
Response: Thank you for the fun swap and for the 5 with a heart. I plan to do this one again. Hopefully more will join us next time.
Comment: I got the package today. Love the various wrappings, and thanks for sending items for Mom. Since my birthday is Monday, I'll wait to start the week. Thanks. UPDATE: Thanks so much. I'm carrying the tote today. And thanks for thinking of my Mom.
Response: I'm so glad you are looking forward to them. I sure pray they are an encouragement to you and to your mom!
Comment: Thanks so much for resending! It especially liked that collage of people serving in the Army, it is always interesting to see something like that, because in Germany (although it has one of the top10 Armies in the world) beeing in the Army is not considered as something "cool". And I liked that picture of your family :-)
Response: Thank you for the heart and for allowing the resend. I would bet you got messages from others that misunderstood as one of my partners did it the same way I did. I did not ask for a resend since it is also how I first read it. :) Looking forward to more swaps in the group!
Comment: Oh My goodness! i am so very sorry! I thought I rated you! Thank you so much for the lovely swap and your thoughts on these passages. I really got a lot out of these two books. I love the cross bookmark, ChrisAnne! Thank you so very much! xxoo
Response: No worries about the delay. It happens to all of us! Glad you liked what I sent.
Comment: What a beautiful prayer tag, ChrisAnne. I have a pink tree that I hang all my tags on and I have placed yours there as well. The green looks so lovely with the pink. I will be praying for you, my friend. xxoo Shannon.
Response: Thank you so much for your kind words and more importantly, thank you for your prayers.
Comment: Thank you for a WONDERFUL week. The box shape intrigued me from the moment I pulled it from the mailbox. Thank you so much for all of the kits ... and for the most excellent booklet of readings!
Response: I'm so glad you enjoyed your week. I would love to see pictures of your creations from your kits. :)
Comment: Hi ChrisAnne, thank you for the pc. I love the color green! I had a little problem finding the swap to rate you * a gentle reminder to put the swap name on your items you send. I join alot of handmade pc swaps :) Happy summer swapping :)xx
Response: Thank you for the reminder. I am usually so good at that, but since I made up swap cards I forget on the pcs. I will keep a better eye on it. Thanks for the heart even after I made you work to find me. :)
Comment: Hi ChrisAnne, Thanks for the letter, verse card and list of songs. I looked up Written in Red and I love it now also, also looked up As the Deer and loved it also. Hope you continue these swaps as I love learning new Christian songs. I loved a lot of the ones you mentioned, I Can Only Imagine, and Just Be Held and Mary Did you Know? and the others are great too. Thanks for a great swap. :)
Response: Thank you for the heart and the kind words. I hope to continue the series, but with a new topic each month. Any suggestions on topics.
Comment: My favorite Feb activity is indoors reading as usually that is a cold month. This year we've been lucky and had a warm winter. Spring arrived with a bang and it is already summer. They are calling for temps in the 80's today. We might be having a vad fire season this summer. Thanks for the card - I need to repeat and remember the verse more often. Chris crispycritter
Comment: Hi ChrisAnne! Thank you so much for the beautiful prayer tag. I love the saying on the front! So true. I am hanging the tag up next to my "prayer chair" and will be praying for you, friend. Blessings to you. xxoo Shannon
Response: Thank you for your kind words and prayers. Both are a blessing.
Comment: "A favorite recipe to ♦read♦ and bake". :~) I do love reading recipes, maybe even more then making them!!! Day 1 is a hit. The recipe is one my husband will love and the sticker reminds me of my Mom. The frog queen & queen note paper is precious. Can't wait for day 2! ♥♥♥
Response: I am so glad you like day 1. After the extremely generous package I received I feel like I didn't do enough, but I did work hard to choose goodies from your profile. Let me know what your hubby thinks of the recipe.
Response: I'm so glad you like them. I'm not an artist, but I love making them. The next series is listed in The Christian Homestead group we are merging with our Bible Study group. I really hope you'll join that swap too.
Comment: Thank you for the lovely scripture cards.
Response: I'm so glad you like them. I'm not an artist, but I love making them. The next series is listed in The Christian Homestead group we are merging with our Bible Study group. I really hope you'll join that swap too.
Comment: Oh my goodness this is so SPRINGY and cute and fresh and lovely and anything else I can't think of right now. I love it...did you use a pattern or make one up? I usually make them up for this kind of swap. I love it thank you!
Response: I am so glad you like the bag. I will send you the pattern link in a pm. The only thing I changed from the pattern was to put the straps inside between the lining and the outside. I just like the cleaner finish this gives.
I totally LOL-ed when I saw your flamingo card! What a hoot!
Then...are you kidding!?! THREE of the cutest ornies ever! I'll be copying that paper Christmas tree into some bookmarks. It is so sweet! The snowman is adorable and now hanging front and center on my tree. I'm also going to steal your fabric star, too! I have some decorative fabric samples that I can work up with that pattern! All three are perfect for mailing! Thank you so much ChrisAnne for spoiling me! Merry Christmas sweetie!
Response: I am so glad you enjoy them all. I felt like I may have let you down after the high-quality ornament you sent me. My daughter-in-love will be enjoying the great tin you used as a box since she adores angels. :)
Comment: Hey Anne, I love your washi samples and thanks so much for pink and sparkly tapes! it is a small world, one of my dearest friends went to BGSU, spent many crazy weekends visiting her there, lol
Response: So glad you enjoyed the samples. Truly it is a small world.
Comment: Hey ChrisAnne!!! I cannot believe the bookmark you made for me!!! That fabric is my very most favorite that I have ever seen!!! All the things I love! Butterflies, sparklie and pink!! Woooo-weeee!!! I love it! :) Thank you so much!!!!
Response: I am so glad you like it. I love making them. Enjoy!
Comment: Hi ChrisAnne! Thank you so much for the cute doggie postcard. I will definitely let you know if I think of any suggestions for swaps. My only one I'm thinking of currently is a chocolate swap, but that's only because we're in the wake of a few candy swaps, and because I'm hungry, but I think that swap would be a lot of fun. Have a great week! <3
Comment: Hi ChrisAnne thankyou for your prayers, with the love of God help you in your daily life and give you strength, as I know that God is there for us. I'll say a prayer for the work you do knowing that our Lord is there for us. Have a lovely day, with blessings Jennifer.
Comment: Oh wow! This did bring a smile to my face! I ADORE the little notecard you used with the mice and strawberries. SOOOO CUTE! That alone brought a smile to my face, but thank you for the goodies, too.
Response: So glad you liked it! This was a fun swap to put together. I think I will make it a monthly swap. :)
Comment: ♥ It is quite obvious you like to cook (or collect recipes). I found a great number I thought I might actually like to try. It was easier to follow your boards than re-pin all of them. Thank you for sharing your delicious ideas.
Response: Glad you found a few. I am a house mom in a residential group home so I cook for 10 people every night. Hence, the need to collect recipes.
Comment: The images you chose for the letter F were spot on. I love the Minions. I really need to sit down and watch those movies. I haven't yet. LOL Thanks for the one about faith by Martin Luther King Jr. -- I found it very profound!
I really hope we can get through the whole alphabet. It looks like it may only be a few of us hanging in there.
Response: Even if it is just you and I, I will keep them going. I am enjoying them so much! Thanks for participating.
Comment: Thank you so much for the encouraging verse about strength! I do need the time to meditate on them. I hope you'll do more profile comments like these :) It makes the people aware of His promises ^^ God bless!
Response: So glad you were encouraged. We will definitely continue these swaps.
Comment: Thank you so much for starting this swap. It feels good to be actively doing swaps again. I Love the little apple you chose. I used to be an Elementary School Teacher. I collected apple items. I had a lot of fun thinking up my letter "A" profile item. I plan to do all of the letters of the alphabet.
Response: So glad you are enjoying the swap. I have to admit that I cannot take credit for the theme. Alex is thinking about doing a swap through the alphabet so I am stealing the idea to do profile comments swaps.
Comment: Chris Anne, I really enjoyed reading your answers. I found that for several of them, we had similar responses! :) I love the description of your dream house! I don't think I could live so far removed from civilization, but a wrap-around porch and the woods and stream right outside your windows would be a great view!
Comment: Thanks for hosting this swap. Loved your answers as well as the little cards you enclosed. Yes - I am quite close to Whiteman AFB. I can sometimes sit on my porch & watch the Stealth Bombers flying over. Very impressive to see. Have a safe trip up here.
Comment: Thank you ChrisAnne! That is a realy good devotional, just what I needed to hear :) That scripture has been on my mind lately. I want to keep it in the front of my mind because it's so easy to let my mind wander and think bad thoughts! The part about having Christ like thoughts at the end is critical. <3
Response: That is exactly how I felt about it. God's Word is always valuable.
Comment: Thank you so much for everything. Mikey loves everything. He wanted me to let you know he loves everything you sent him. He even shared the little blue beads with me.
Thanks. Have a wonderful day!
Response: So glad he likes it. I was so concerned that he might not enjoy it. I tried to include a bit of everything our kids enjoy. If creates any masterpieces with the goodies, we would love to see pictures of them!
Comment: OMG! I felt like a kid at Christmas! I LOVED all the goodies, especially the homemade bookmark and owl! Zippo and Samson are adorable. I love fur babies! We have one dog- Molly. You definitely went above and beyond on this swap and it was much appreciated! Thank you!
Response: I am so glad you liked the items. I am always nervous sending homemade as not everyone appreciate them. But I had been wanting to try the owl pattern and your profile mentioned owls so you got to be my guinea pig. We will have to do a private swap again as I felt like I got overly blessed too!
