Comment: Thanks so much for the owl card and extras! I love the owl stickers and the fox postcard, too! Can you believe my kids have never done traditional door-to-door trick-or-treating? We've always gone to a mall or a local museum. Maybe this year! And we plan on carving some pumpkins! It has been unseasonably warm these days, but finally cooled down this weekend! I got to wear a sweater and a shawlette! Loved it!
Response: You're most welcome. Traditional door-to-door seems to be less popular in some areas, but hope they enjoy whatever you end up doing. Cooler is less than 90s here so I guess I can't complain! Thanks for the heart.
Comment: Thank you for the awesome swap! I loved the envie and the letter was awesome! I was a home school mom for years and the. I worked at an independent study charter school. I loved it. Thank you for the great swap. 🤩
Response: You're most welcome! Nice to meet a fellow homeschool teacher. I appreciate the kind words and the heart.
Comment: What a gorgeous envelope! I love it!!! Thank you for a wonderful swap and letter. I won't miss DMV traffic either, although AR is gonna be a big big change, lol! We've been in Fairfax for 20 years!!
Response: Awww, thanks so much Grace. So glad you like it. I am excited for your big change and hope it goes smoothly. Thanks for the heart!
Comment: Love love love this amazing book you created! And that you made the cover to it, even better! Thank you for a great swap, I'm enjoying looking through it again and again and finding new things each time I go through it. :)
Response: Thanks Nai. It's a swap I look forward to doing at least each year. Glad you liked it and thanks for hosting as well as giving the heart.
Comment: Thank you for the happy mail you sent my way! I love how you wrapped the ATC in the little envelope... :) Your ATC with the golden seahorse is gorgeous. The background looks like the ocean and the seahors itself is so delicate. Did you use a stencil for it?
Response: You are welcome. So happy you appreciate my art. Yes, I did use a stencil with a gold gelly roll pen. Thanks for the heart!
Comment: I love the unicorn you made!! I'm so lucky to have received it from you - thanks! Good for you on your progress on the knit stitch. It felt like I was all thumbs when I was first learning. Go you!
Response: Thank YOU for your kind words. So glad you like my uni. I still feel awkward with the needles but am enjoying the learning just the same. Thank you for the heart.
Comment: I love your fish postcard. I found this swap to be a challenge, too, but I enjoyed it. I think it's great you used an acrylic pour sheet to make your postcard; it looks awesome. Thanks for sharing your art with me. 😊❤
Response: You're very welcome. Glad to hear I wasn't alone in the challenge. Sharing art means sharing joy. Thanks for the heart.
Comment: Thank you so much for this private swap. Now I don't have any missing letters lol. But mostly thanks for sending such a cool narwhal. Love it! The body looks like metal -- perfect color and clever way to show the dotted skin. The textured horn and fins are awesome. I would love to know how you did that! Cool background paper too. <3<3<3!! And last but not least thanks for the fill-in Halloween ATC. :)
Response: You're most welcome. So glad you like what I sent. I cut the horn and fins from an acrylic pour experiment. Thanks for the heart!
Comment: Hi, Sher - thanks for your nicely hand drawn Icon Sea Star - there are so many beautiful starfish (loving this series, and will be glad to resume them in the fall). Thanks also for the cute bird die-cuts and the x-ray!
Response: Hi Sandra. Glad you appreciate this swap. I'd love to see one of these sea stars in person! Thank you for the heart and being such a nice swapper.
Comment: Thank you for an absolutely adorable, fabulous Teesha bag! I love all the patches on it, but I'd have to say my favorite by far is the button pumpkin one. Sooooooo cute! Thank you and great job!!!!
Response: Oh yay! So glad you like it. Definitely a labor of love. That pumpkin button one was from Pinterest but I do like how it came out. Thanks for the challenge of this swap and the heart!
Comment: Thank you for all the amazing ATC’s. I love the range of media that you used. Be sure to thank “the Boy” for his awesome drawing of the corner store. It’s really great. I really enjoyed my birthday gifts as well. You’re the best! 💕
Response: Oh you are most welcome kiddo! Love to share the art love, especially for your special day. YOU are the best!
Comment: Wow what a beautiful whale ATC. The sky is gorgeous (one of those orange splotches looks like the sun!) and I love the intense blue and detail of the waves. Excellent collage! The rest of the packaging was stellar too. Cool greeting card and over the top postage stamp (I haven't seen those before and must try to find some). Thanks for a perfect swap and a lovely card for my collection. <3<3<3
Response: Thanks for your rave review! Always nice when my artwork is appreciated. The Bioluminescent Life USPS series is terrific. Ordered from their website as they were released a few months ago. Thanks so much for the heart.
Comment: How on Earth did you do this without an iron? It's PERFECT!!! Isn't the new Sublime Stitching free database the best??? Back to your patch . . . French knots!?! I'm totally jealous!!! I've been embroidering for 10 years and I still can't do them. I'm so impressed!!! I'm in love with this patch! You did an excellent job on your first crayon tinting. Thank you for the awesome APC and now to "The Boy." You have a fine little artist on your hands. That key he drew is utterly fabulous!!! 10, right? Wow! He is great!!! Tell him, "thank you," and what an awesome job he did. Thanks for cheering me up with such an amazing swap on such a dreary day. <3
Response: Thanks for your kind words kidd! I used my parents' iron - haha! The boy loves to share his art and you're one of his gracious "fans." Glad to send sunshine your way (even if it's been raining for over a week here!)
Comment: Thanks so much for a fun summer swap. I apologize for getting mine out late. I'm really excited about the unconventional journaling style of your journal, love the mail holder and yes I'm gonna decorate it..lol..Love the goodies that you sent too. Thanks again!!
Response: You're welcome! It was really fun doing the "unbound" pages except remembering the dimensions to get it to fit! Glad you enjoy what I sent and look forward to seeing your take on this summer fun! Thanks for the swap and heart!
Comment: YEAH! Love, Love, Love I LOVE THEM ALL!!! ... and you get 50 Hearts, 50 Stars, a Round of Applause with a Standing ovation, A Marching Band, Fireworks, and a BAG OF CHIPS! :-) Love them all -- Thank You for an EXCEPTIONAL SWAP!!!
Response: Wow! Thanks for your rave reviews! I'm glad you appreciate my artful effort. Thanks for the heart and for your sweet words.
Comment: What a 'cool' postcard - I love it. We're having beautiful spring weather here -- high 60s to high 70s depending on the day. The cherry blossoms were early this year as we had a very mild winter burt then we had a cold snap that froze some of the blossoms -- it was still gorgeous when they bloomed but just not quite as prolific. Thanks again for the 'cool' PC for this swap ~~
Response: You're welcome! I did see some pictures online of the blossoms this year. Feel free to direct any "cool" weather south. Thank you for the heart. Be well. =)
Comment: Very pretty ad card that you found, they are all over the place here from businesses and tourism centers...and I love that you have the shell postcard stamps, my local p.o. still doesn't have them! PS, great mermaid washi!
Response: So happy you like the card and noticed the profile details. I mainly order from the USPS website as my local PO stays very busy. They did happen to have the new WPA stamps which was a nice surprise. Thank you for the heart.
Comment: Love your handwriting. Sounds like you had a productive day. What new book are you reading? Thank you for the PC!
Response: You're most welcome! I picked up a few books at the library including a YA re-read Lisa Bright and Dark, Collage Unleashed, and The Trickster's Hat. I appreciate the compliment and the heart!
Comment: YES!!! Thanks a bunch for taking on this swap. I am so happy I decided to give this type of swap a second chance. I am thrilled with the book that you made. Love the stuffing and some funny responses to the 100 questions! I hope we get to swap again soon : ) p.s. LOVE the coloring book and other goodies, I have already colored a couple pages and turned!
Response: So happy you're pleased. It was a great adventure! Definitely looking forward to something in the New Year. Thanks again for the challenge and fun. =)
Comment: This is great! I'm so happy I wasn't sipping coffee when I turned it over - the x-ray goodies cracked me up! I'm going to do something with them in my art journal by cutting a little 'window' in the page. Too too funny!
So happy we both got through that storm. We're still waiting for the yard debris to be picked up. That sure isn't doing my grass any favors. Lol.
Response: Haha - glad you liked the ATC and the little surprise! Yup, the debris is all brown but hopefully it doesn't spread to the lawns. Take care and thanks for the heart!
Response: "Retali-rating" is ridiculous. Admin has been notified that instead of correcting what you sent in error (again), you decided to change my original rating from a 5 to a 3. Screenshots as proof are available.
Comment: ðŸðŸ‚â¤ï¸ðŸðŸ‚â¤ï¸ðŸðŸ‚ Absolutely beautiful! From the sweet kitteh card to all the wonderful extras and of course, the fantastic fall inspired rolo, this was a perfect swap! I love the leaves and the embossing enamel is way beyond cool. I've been sitting here fondling it for 20 minutes or so (it didn't seem to mindðŸ˜) . I even took it outside to look at it in the sunlight. It is magical! I've really got to get out of my tiny comfort zone and try more mediums! Can you tell that I love it?😳 Thank you so much for being such an amazing partner!
You did good, gal!ðŸðŸ‚â¤ï¸ðŸðŸ‚â¤ï¸ðŸðŸ‚
Response: Well I am tickled you really like the rolo! Thank you so much for your sense of humor, your kind words, and the heart. =)
Comment: Such a pretty envelope with the coordinated washi, and then the fun mish mash of washi inside! I'll be smashing that one-liner into a junk journal--even if it isn't an official tuck-in, this hoarder gal can't help herself. Thank you.
Response: Yay! Happy to provide a fellow smasher more stuff! Thanks for the prompt rating and the heart.
Comment: LOVE how you used washi on the note card envie and made the outer envie "backwards." The funny made me laugh -- so true! Thanks so much!!! <3
Response: You're welcome Terrific swap idea! I am sure I saw the backwards envie when I was doing more mailart swaps and the "right" side could be all art and the addresses on the backside. Thanks for the heart!
Comment: Thank you for the beautiful summer journal and all of the fun goodies! I absolutely Love Love it!! I haven't fully read through it so far, but what I have read has been enjoyable and easy reading! Thank you!!
Response: Yay! You're most welcome. It was a fun journal to put together and has reminded me how much I love to journal. Thank you for the kind words and the heart.
Comment: Thanks for the great PC! I have been watching whales, sea otters, seals, fox and deer from my sunroom out on the island! I love where I live!!! I will send some cooler weather your way. We are in the low 50s with snow in the mountains. Hugs from Alaska, Sherry
Response: You're so welcome, Sherry. Always fun swapping with you. I appreciate the low 50s but not sure I can deal with snow in August! Thank you for the heart too.
Comment: Sher, I Love every single thing you sent! LOVE the turtle ATC, and the little pocket goodies. We just went thru a 90-100 degree heat wave and now are in the perfect 80's! I do not envy the East with it's humidity. Happy swapping and thanks very much for the happy mail! = ) P.S. the xrays are awesome!
Response: Well you are most welcome and please send the cooler weather our way! I appreciate your kind words and the heart. =)
Comment: Thank you from a slightly damp Wigan. I love the colours on your card. What did you use?
Response: Oh that's a bummer that it was damp. Unfortunately can't control the weather but hopefully it wasn't terribly damaged. I used a mix of Stampin Up and Faber-Castell colored pencils. Thanks for the rating and heart.
Comment: Thank you for another beautiful postcard! I just don't understand how we can both be using oil pastels and yet our creations look so very different. But at least I've learned to be happy with mine. :-) Thanks, again, Sher! I loved swapping with you and I love your card! :-) UPDATE: Argh! This was a "mystery of the missing heart" swap rating. It was there. . .and then it wasn't. Hopefully it's back now! This was so heart-worthy! Thank you!!!
Response: You're welcome. I'm glad you are appreciating your art because I sure do. Thanks for the swap and take care. =) I thought the "Vanishing Heart" was a book you were recommending. Haha! Thanks again!
Comment: I received your postcard today and I love it! Your Kandinsky Circles are beautiful and so much better looking than mine were. Yours look like they were done by a truly creative person, while mine looked like they were done by a kindergartner (or maybe a preschooler, lol!). :-) Thank you so very much for the beautiful postcard! (P.S. I used oil pastels, too. It was fun! I really enjoyed this swap. And my puppy is doing very well. So am I, after receiving this oh-so-pretty card. :-) Thank you!)

Comment: Thank you for the wonderful postcard. It is very familiar to me. LOL. I've sent this one to many people before, but it is my first time receiving it. Thank you again. My apologies for the late rating. Work has been, to say the least, hectic the past couple weeks.
Response: I'm glad it was ok to send. I liked receiving DC pcs when I lived in the area. Hope you get to rest this weekend! Thanks for the heart.
Comment: Thank you for the cool Royal Arch card -- I know Chautauqua for its music festival :) -- and for sharing your Sunday with me. Chill days are the best ;) I haven't seen MythBusters in awhile, but I still chuckle at the Epic Rap Battles of History faceoff vs. the Ghostbusters. Happy weekend!
Response: Those rap battles are funny! Glad you like the card and thanks to you for the heart. You have a lovely weekend as well!
Comment: Thanks so much Sher for all the wonderful goodies! You picked really interesting/unusual things and I'm going to have a lot of fun creating with them. I've never had a book page in Chinese and it's beautiful! Many, many thanks!

Response: So pleased you enjoyed the swap. It was fun for me. Thanks for the heart!
Comment: Hi Sher! I would love to see these turtles! It is sad when we have to worry about species survival, due to so many factors but usually because people have messed up their environment! Thanks for the lovely share! Hugs and Happy Swapping! ;)
Response: It is sad they're threatened, but there are lots of people working hard to help them survive. Thanks for the heart!

Comment: Hi Sher! What a great pc! I loved the few Smithsonians we got to visit when we were in DC - needed way more time there though to really enjoy them! So much to see and too little time - sigh! Plus my feet got to hurting - boo, hiss! Hugs and Happy Swapping! ;)
Response: There's not enough time for the museums even if you live there! Thanks for the heart and take care.
Comment: Sher, I love this swap: the kid-lit mailing envie (so cheery), the Edward Gorey postcard (Omygoodness), the notecard (just my style), the fabric charms (good bold colors), and the bookmark (needed one). It all really brightened up my day. Thank you so much!
Response: That's so great you liked what I selected! You're quite welcome. Thanks for the heart!

Response: This was a fun swap and I'm so happy it was well received. Hope you make some fun projects for Christmas. Thank you for the rating and heart.
Comment: The card is really beautiful! Many thanks, I really love it! But the plastic bag sais Postage Due 1,20 P.DDE Perhaps a stamp is missing? There is only one stamp that sais USA 22. It would be sad if cards would not arrive because of missing stamps.
Response: Oh NO! The postage should have been equal to at least $1.20 USD so the stamps must have come off in transit. I will message you to arrange reimbursement.
Comment: Wonderful rolo-colors and designs sure say fall! Thanks for the extras too-the stickers and especially the London postcard! Oh-can't forget the wonderful vintage stamps you mailed them with-thanks for sharing!-Nice decorated envelope-Happy Mail!

Response: I'm glad you like it. Thanks for the heart and you have a nice weekend as well!

Comment: Yes it is a relief to have the temps and humidity to be lower - I welcome it! Love the PC. . . and had to find out why it's called Piccadilly Circus - it is the road junction and public space in London's West End and connects Westminster with Regent Street in Piccadilly. Circus comes from the Latin word 'circle' and this is a round open space at the street junction. So interesting that it doesn't take much for something or some place to become popular because basically it's like the middle of a rotary that traffic goes around. Thanks again for not only the PC but for spurring me on to read up on Piccadilly Circle ~~ have a happy week!
Response: You're welcome and much better than me as far as actually looking up the info! They do have lots of roundabouts there. We have had a few put in near National Harbor but I think more to slow traffic. Take care!
Comment: Thank you so much, the stamps really coordinated well, I love the die cuts but have realized now that I want more stamps. Thank you for the care and time you spent!
Response: Oh I am so glad they finally arrived. Stinks that mail was delayed and we never really know why. Thanks for the heart. I am pretty sure I got at least once stamp of gears at Michaels. Take care.
Comment: Shar -- Great PCs. . . I especially like Buckwheat - I loved Little Rascals and Buckwheat was one of my favorites! I also liked the Montezuma Castle - fascinating. Thanks again for the great PCs for this swap, and hope to see you again soon at the mailbox - yours or mine :-)
Response: You are most welcome. That was a fave show of mine too. My little one likes the remade movie, but I told him it's not the same to me. Thank you for the heart!
Comment: Thank you Sher for the cool elephant postcard you made. And an elephant stamp too! I realized half way through my card that I should have used a larger size post card too. Oh well take care, darla
Response: That was fast cross-country! I'm glad you like it and I guess we both learned we need bigger formats if we want to cram in 12 elephants! Thanks for the prompt rating and heart.
Comment: Thanks for the fun postcard and the great canine fact. They are finding that cats have similiar abilities at smelling diseases. Pretty amazing and quite magical. I would certainly be bereft if my life was without pets.
Response: You're so welcome. We are patiently waiting for our little guy to hopefully outgrow his dog allergy. Otherwise, we may get a fish. Thank you for the heart!
Comment: I love this amazingly and very cool steampunk rolo, Sher! Thank you for sharing your process...it's wonderful to learn new techniques to try! Comment: Thank you very much for the postcard from the cupboard :-)
Have a good weekend!
Response: You're welcome. Thanks for your patience on the resend. I mentioned to a USPS worker that even if I write the address in the correct spots and put TO and FROM 1 or 2 have been sent to me instead of the correct recipient. All she could say was "Oh really?" Oh well. Thanks again.
Comment: Thanks for the childrens swap pages. I love to be reminded of the Beatrice Potter books. While in my garden today, a rabbit nearly ran into me trying to get away. While pulling weeds I found a rabbit hole! I love it when children's literature becomes real life!

Response: So glad you like it! I used to write poetry but it's been many years. I finished with Americana Decoupage (less smelly than Mod-Podge and doesn't yellow). Thanks for the kind words and the heart!

Comment: My first PC from Maryland, thanks! We just got hit with a snowstorm here too. Doesn't seen bad to me (only about 4 inches) but with no plows or snow trucks has made it difficult ;). Love the little penguin you drew in the card!
Response: Oh how nice it's a new one to you collection. It doesn't take much to shut us down in DC, but I'm sure it's worse where you rarely get any snow. Stay safe and thank you for the heart.
Comment: Thanks Sher! That's three cards from you this month, and all good ones. I feel as though I owe you something! I like desert stuff so was pleased to get this card. It's really been a fun series of swaps, but it is getting harder towards the end of the alphabet... (Like your tiny little monkey too!)
Response: We have been partners often but you do not owe me anything! I'm happy to send happy mail. Yes, let's get a bit creative to end the series. I appreciate the heart.
Comment: Oh WOW...what a fabulous filled envie.... I love the idea of making an envie out of a gelli print! I love the journal page you made...it's so bright! And thank you for the extra papers too... Wonderful! Many hearts for you!!
Response: Thanks so much for the compliments! I'm happy you enjoyed what I sent. This is such a fun swap! Thanks for the heart(s)!

Comment: I liked your card! Thank you. Good luck with homeschooling. I loved it all the way through and have zero regrets. My daughter is now getting A's in college classes and that is only because I was able to teach to her needs all those years. It's so worth it! :-)
Response: I'm glad you liked the card. It's great to hear about your child's success in college. Thanks for the reassurance and the heart.
Comment: That globe - (world fair) at Flushing Meadows- I pass by that at least once a month in the distance. They always show it on tv during the US open and it looks pretty cool, but I have never walked by there on foot because it's kind of still a scary area. This is the first time I've ever seen that globe on a pc despite how long I've lived around here! Thank you!
Response: How interesting! I haven't watched sports as much since my hubby is not a sports guy, but I remember seeing the globe on the US Open. I was happy to send it as always. Thanks for the heart EK.
Comment: I love this! Charles Addams was a great illustrator! I've lived here for about 10 years and also went to college here years before. It is still an adjustment!!! I hope one day I can move back! Cute poodle drawing on the postcard!! Thanks a lot!!
Response: Oh I'm glad you liked it. It was quite a detailed illustration. I don't think I've seen much poodle stuff so I'm glad you like the doodle. Thank you for the heart.
Comment: Thanks for the moviecard! Love to add a new one to my collection :-) It's so sweet of you to read my postcrossing profile! I love the funny snailstamp, and the postage stamps are beautiful too.
Response: You're welcome. I recently bought the snail stamp online. I think he's cute! Thanks for the rating and heart.
Comment: You are right, it's important to visit family once in a while, even though they live so far away. We have some friends living abroad, and sometimes it's hard we cannot visit them more often :-( With internet it's luckily easy to keep in touch, though it's not the same as visiting in real life. Thank you for the beautiful card and lovely stamps.
Response: You're welcome dear. It's always a pleasure to swap with you. Thank you for the heart.
Comment: Thank you for all of the great bird goodies! I love everything you sent, the pictures, book pages, playing cards and little charms are so cute. My Mom remembered the poem about the robin from school when she was a child . I really like that you decorated the envelope with birds too : ) : )
Response: Yay! I really do get nervous with international shipping although I've had to resend for domestic too. I'm so glad you like everything. This was a fun swap indeed! Thanks for the heart.
Comment: Thank you! It is soooo true that beauty is in the eye of the beholder! While I agree this isn't the prettiest painting, I really like it! Probably because I thought it was a glass of whiskey, lol, it is wine I saw in the title. Nice!!
Response: You're welcome! Glad it appeals to you. Thanks for the rating and heart.
Comment: Thanks so much for the beautiful envie! I like how you divided it. I completely agree about needing wider tip markers!!!!( Ive made mine but haven't sent it yet) thank you for the kind note and extra goodies too! You're so sweet! *hugs*
Response: So glad you like it! That was a really fun one and I've made a few more to send out with other swaps. Thanks for the heart!
Comment: Hi Sher!! I love all the animal rubber stamps you used!! So cute! Thank you for the postcards too. I think this was misrouted originally but it found me today!!! Hope you had a great holiday!!
Response: Oh I'm glad it made it. Mail is iffy this time of year unfortunately. Thank you for rating and the heart.
Comment: LOL.....DID YOU take a close look at the couple getting off the plane? I think they had alien faces. Did you notice? Ive got my magnifying out. Well, bizarre at best. Ha, Somerset at 15cent. Yea, me too. Until Joanns cheapened up at least we used to be able to use our 40% off. Love the darling Alice stickers and the fact you didnt cover the "stamp" image up. Youre too cleaver! x
Response: You know, I thought the faces looked weird but didn't detect ALIENS!!! Just for you! Thanks for the love!
Comment: Thank you for your great zine and the little extras. Was that electrical tape on the envelope? What pen did you use to draw on it. LOVE IT:) Need to try that. We lost power too after a windy day. Came back on the day before Thanksgiving. And EVERY time I watch UP I cry like a baby when she dies and he's alone. SOOOOOO sad. But it does perk up and it's a fun movie. I love when they were kids and she was so gabby:) Anyway. Hop you get some nice zines as well. PS congrats for you hubby and the new gig! Take care and Merry Christmas:)
Response: Thanks Brenda! I love decorating envies so I'm not sure exactly which one I sent you. The tape was either deco or regular washi. Pens were Sharpie fine points. Merry Christmas to you as well. Thanks for the heart!
Comment: Hey Sher! Thanks so much for the coolio stamps. I'm like you ... not a serious collector but I still enjoy them, save them and eventually use them in my art. I love the space ones you sent! Very cool! XOXO
Response: You're welcome Angie. I'm not a serious collector either and use them in art like you. Glad to have some of your faves in my collection. Thank you for the heart!
Comment: Thank you Sher for the Denmark Bridge postcard you sent to me for the "D" swap! You are so welcome about the Christmas image postmark pursuit news I posted on my profile. The postmark on your PC was blurred so I couldn't tell you which image your state will have for Christmas USPS postmark. Happy Thanksgiving!
Response: You're welcome. I'll have to check on which image MD will have as I don't know either. I sent away for a few of those postmarks to myself to see how it works. Take care and thanks for the rating and heart.
Comment: Wow! Everything you sent me is something I love, even the glassine envelope! Even a hard to find Bambi item! Thanks for all your effort to make this very, very special! (I am opening 1 gift from our swaps each day til Christmas and today you really made my day wonderful. Thanks!)
Response: I'm glad the resend made it to you. Thank you for rating.
Comment: Thank you for the VERY stuffed box of stamps. You really went all out for this swap. I found several in there that I couldn't live without. Thank you for the happy, awesome, outstanding swap!!
Response: I had so many I really did not use I just wanted to pass them on to someone who might get more use out of them. I'm glad you really like some of them! I appreciate the heart!
Comment: Hi Sher...thank you for the fabulous rolo, It is really, really cool and the mini clothespin that says "hello" is the perfect touch. Also, thank you for the extra vintage ads you included in what was a fabulous hand painted (or stamped?) envelope. I saved that as well, I will use it for a background on an ICAD in the future. Thanks again :)
Response: So welcome Gina! I was a bit nervous since you have a wonderful style to your rolos so I fussed over this one for quite a while. So pleased you like it! The envie is gelli plated with acrylic paint and stamped on top. Thanks for the heart and rating.
Comment: Hello Sher! Please forgive the late rating. . . your sew-it-all ATC is just gorgeous. SO many layers of neat elements--lace, ribbon roses, buttons, thread. . . wow. . . and your little "framed" lady at her sewing machine is a beautiful focal point. Thank you SO much for creating such a pretty piece to add to my collection.
Response: Awww, thanks so much for the great compliments! I'm pleased you liked it. Thanks for the kind rating and heart.
Comment: Wow! I am very lucky to have a swap friend like you! For someone to make this for me! It's gorgeous, like Christmas came early :) honestly, going through everything you included for me in the pockets and envelopes was like receiving little gifts; I can't thank you enough, I really love it. You did a great job decorating it as well, so pretty! I envy your creativity!
Response: Awwww, Nai! Your comments really warm my heart. Would you believe I was a bit nervous? Thank you for the compliment and I am so happy you really like my creation for you. So fun to make I have some in mind for Christmas gifts too. *hugs* and *love*
Comment: I love your mail art :) and thank you so much for all the nice textured atc card blanks!!! Oh and btw my husband and I are from the Chesapeake Bay Area so it was super fun to show him that postcard! <3
Response: You're so welcome! What a small world it really is. Thanks for the rating and heart.
Comment: Thank you for the great card...I can't wait to finish it and there are so many stamps on the envie! Eeee! Thanks also for the decorated envelope, I love the patterns. It's great having you in this series. Best of luck with your card coming home soon...sometimes they take longer than I expect, but they are always super cool!
Response: You are most welcome. I'm so happy you like it. Somehow I bought a roll of 1,000 1cent stamps so I am using those and like you most people respond positively. This is a very fun swap. Thank you for the rating and heart.
Comment: What a lovely piece of mail art~thank you : ) We finished up our first quarter a couple of weeks ago and then had a too short fall break (2 days). Now we get to do it all over again because we get a new group of kids every 9 weeks. I love all the paper pieces you included! Thank you!!!
Response: You are so welcome! Thanks for the compliment. That is a short fall break! Hope your new batch of students makes for a great 2nd quarter. Thanks for the rating and heart.
Comment: YaY, thank you for the beautiful, wonderful envie and cool zine. Woah. OMGosh...is that a whale tail? That really didnt register with me. I know what a whale tail looks but....lol....and theres 13/7 and eye/planets. Oh you touch my heart. You rock. OK. yours goes out tomorrow. Nevermind the fact that I lied. lol. I was too laZy to change it. The glue is drying as we speak. But no tracking. Cant get to the post office. Well. Maybe. But it 'screams' steal me. I live so far out in NOwheresVille its pathetic. Ok wish me luck!
Response: You're so funny Kitty! It's that profile of yours that just sticks in my head whenever I'm out shopping! *luck* on delivery and I'll let you know! Thanks for the heart you crazy hoot!
Comment: Thank you for the postcards and extra playing cards. My son was very impressed by the card with the trumpet. Ad/Free cards have great images and it is a shame that many people don't like them. The images on the playing cards are beautiful too.
Thank you and I hope that we swap again.
Response: You're welcome! I am happy your son liked the trumpet card. I thought it was a good fit. I feel the same way about ad cards and their uniqueness. I appreciate the rating and heart. Take care!
Comment: beautiful paper that you made the envelope from...and loved the page of stamps! how cool...thanks for the pages and that atc background...loved loved the zine...what a happy family you must have...a teddybear/traffic light...I laughed out loud...sounds like you enjoyed your month...before I read your note I'd opened up the zine to see the page your son had made...I had a feeling that's what it was...great idea...thanks so much for a really nice swap!
Response: You are very welcome! Thanks for all your nice comments and the heart as well. I keep little notebooks of their "quotes" because they have quite a few zingers. Take care.
Comment: WOHOO :) I just love your stamp-envelope! It did not get stamped - I suppose because of confusion :) Thank you so much for a wonderful swap and a beautiful wrapped christmas-envelope! It is already full of hearts :)
Response: Awwww...I'm glad it made it to you. It's always in my mind that international mail might get taken by the mail monsters somewhere along the way! Thank you for the heart and kind words.
Comment: Thanks for sharing your month with me!
I love that you used the paper that your son had "used first." It's amazing to me that you have deer there as I think of that area as urban all the way up the coast! I hope your ankle heals fast! Thanks too for the extras and your envie was beautiful! Hugs from Alaska, Sherry
Response: You are very welcome Sherry. I'm glad you liked my re-use. I'm going to try to do that more since he loves to draw. Ankle is all better thanks! Hugs back to you and take care. I appreciate your kind words and the heart as well.
Comment: Hi Sher. You made a BeAuTIfuL APC. Please never be intimidated when you see my name as a "send to". I want you to enjoy sending to me and not feel anxious as you mentioned in your note. I love the image you used and all the embellishments on your card. So adorable. Then you sent such a lovely handmade note card and sweet extras. I appreciate such a nice swap from you and hope to receive other pretty art work from you in the future. Many hearts to you!!
Response: Wow! *blush* Thanks for the lovely comments. I'm just an anxious person in general so don't worry. I'm so happy you liked what I made. I look forward to another swap with you soon!
Comment: Thank you so much for the lovely swap! To start with, I always appreciate when my partners decorate their envies. (Did you use a geli plate on the back of the envie?) The pocket is very nice, and so are the stickers and other goodies inside. And I like the extra envie you made. I will use it to store punchies in.
Response: You're welcome! I did use a gelli plate for the envie. I'm so happy you like what I sent. It was so much fun to make. Thank you for the heart!
Comment: Hello Sher! Thank you for the "M" Moscow, Russia City postcard you sent to me for the swap! Glad to meet you, are living in Washington DC Metro area. I was born & raised in Suburban DC, in Bethesda, MD. Have spent most my life in that area. Wash. DC has its own kind of late July - August heat & humidity. Groan, in FL its a lot longer. It was that record snow & bitter cold winter of 2009 - 2010, that broke my immune system & had to move to FL with my Mom. Miss the change of seasons, & the coolness. FL - our "Autumn" arrives in late Nov - Dec, our "Winter" is Dec - Feb. I don't use heating during our "Winter" to save $ for summer A/C.
Response: You are welcome. I remember that winter...was that Snowmageddon? I think we got 3 ft of snow out at Dulles. Winter is tough, but I'll take it over the heat and humidity of FL. Take care.
Comment: Thanks for my beautiful Lama PC witht he star stickers and washi tape on it! It sure did make me smile!!! We actually have Lama, Alpaca and Emus up on the main land of Alaska, in the Matanuska Valley. They show them at the State Fair each year. We don't have any down here yet though! Thanks so much! Hugs from Alaska, Sherry
Response: You're so welcome. I'm smiling because you are! All the wildlife you describe sounds totally amazing. Take care.
Comment: if i could give me than 1 heart i would because of the variety you included. GREAT swap and so fun to go through everything. you included some really unique pieces. for example the clear plastic butterfly piece, the bookpage painted pink with a bird on it, the florida postcard. then the bag full of cut outs/stickers etc is brilliant.
Response: Awwww, you made my day with your kind comments! I love happy mail and SWL is such a great group. Thanks for the heart!
Comment: Thank you so much for a super mailart-envelope! And I like your mailart indeed :) I just love everything inside, too: your very profile-based presents and especially your lovely note! Thank you! This was a great envelope waiting for me after a very loooong day :)
Response: Oh I'm so glad the resend made it there. Odd because I sent to someone else in your country with no problem last month but with mail you never know. Glad to send you the happy mail and thanks for the heart!
Comment: Love the card, Sher! Best of luck with your 2nd grader :) We just went to Open House at the Elementary & High School for my three kids tonight. My youngest is going in to 1st grade. I totally understand what you're saying about society's ills and focusing on what's #1! Yes ma'am!! :)
Response: Glad you like it! Thanks for your nice comment about kids and school. Hope yours have a terrific school year. Thank you for the heart!
Comment: the envelope is super cute. i love the sing a song of sixpence book piece on the back. i used to have that song sang to me as a young child. :) i loved everything you included as well. really nice variety, thank you. :) xx
Response: Yay! Lots of pressure since you're the swap hostess! Glad to send something that reminds you of childhood. Thanks for the heart and a great swap theme! *hugs*
Comment: I love how colorful your zine is and you have beautiful handwriting. Cool idea to stamp the date. You say that you are new to zinemaking, but you are doing an amazing job! Keep it up! My favorite day you wrote about was the day you flew home to find lots of happy mail. :)
Response: Thanks so much for your compliments! I do love happy mail. I appreciate the heart and am glad you like my zine.
Comment: I loved your envelope With all the colours and patterns - I would love to learn how to make envelopes like this. Thank you for sharing your art!
Response: You are most welcome. They are not too hard and I heard you can even make your own gelli plate rather than buy one premade. I'm sure there's a you tube video on it somewhere! Thanks so much for the heart.
Comment: Thank you for sharing the month of July with me! I thought your zine was great and really liked the way you decorated it. It's been fascinating to see the different ways we each approached the swap! And thank you too for the postcards -- I particularly like the fish!
Response: Thanks so much. I like seeing different designs too. I'm glad you liked what I sent. I appreciate the heart.
Comment: You are super delish! You envie was just breath taking to me. Really! 2 whales, 3 7's. Bright, BuZy and bold baby just the way I like my men, coffee and envies! Oh and the Kitty tag....so cute...I've never seen that before it went strait onto my bookbag! All treats. Thank you!!!!!! x

Response: Glad what I sent was well-received. I look forward to receiving my card and also hearing from you. Thanks so much for the heart.
Comment: Thank you for these beautiful manatees. I used to see them quite often when I lived in South FL. We lived across the street from the intracoastal, so in the winter, they came in close to shore, and we could watch them surface.
Response: You're welcome. I saw them in the intercoastal too down near Tampa when I was visiting a friend. Thanks for the heart.
Comment: Oh my God, I loved everything about your swap! Thank you so much for the beautiful washi tape sample, the Batman stickers & other goodies, and the wonderfully decorated envelope! You're the best :D
Response: Awwww, you made my day - REALLY! You're so welcome. Love to send on happy mail. Thanks for the comments and the heart!
Comment: Thank you, Sher, for the fantastic postcard, and the lovely message. We had to get a bit creative to get Faith back home, but I'm happy to say that she is here -- happy, healthy, and keeping me extremely busy. Thank you for your prayers. Wishing you many happy swapping adventures and treats!
Response: You are so welcome! I'm glad to hear it. Thanks so much for the heart.
Comment: Thank you for the awesome PC! Funny enough I made a blue one also, and when my partner received it she said she too sent blue...lol. I love how you created the background colours, please can you tell me how you did it.
Response: That is funny! Blue was the color of choice apparently. I've made a bunch of pcs lately so I can't recall exactly yours. Generally I use a mix of Distress paints/inks and other random mists/sprays. Thanks for rating.
Comment: Hi Sher! I received your envelope with the traveling postcard today! I love the way you decorated the envelope- so colorful & cheerful! Also, THANK YOU for sending me a map postcard of South Carolina ♥ I'm so happy to have it as part of my map postcard collection!
Response: You're welcome! Happy to help a fellow collector. Glad you like the envie too. Thanks for the heart.
Comment: Thank you for your BEAUTIFUL music-themed envelope (plus goodies)! I'm curious... how did you get the sheet music on the envie? Photo copy? Image transfer? Stamp? Oh and gorgeous postage stamps as well!!!
Response: You are most welcome. Glad you liked what I sent. The sheet music was glued on and I believe I used packing tape to make sure it didn't come off in transit. Thank you for rating.
Comment: Love the envelope... and thank you so much for the sentiment inside. I needed some encouragement. And, Mother is going to love the post card. (She is visiting her grandkids on Whidbey Island this weekend).
Response: Awww. You are welcome. I hope she does enjoy it. Keep your spirits up. You're doing a special thing. Thanks for the heart.
Comment: Hi ! Thanks for the Lucky Charms Chunk of Cardboard PC ! My nieces, Claire 6 & Molly 4, love it too, but they pick out the marshmallows and leave the rest, lol Hope all is well ~ Happy Swapping, Judy
Response: Oh well the charms are the best part! Thank you for the heart.
Comment: sorry it took me awhile to rate - when I saw this cute PC from you I put it in my purse to show my mom who just got a subscription to the New Yorker and to say hey...I am not the only one who doesn't always 'get' them. Then I forgot to rate when I got home. Anyway - I love it! Thank you!
Response: Haha. Glad I'm not the only one! Thank you for the heart.
Comment: Hi Sher! How fun that we are partners- I am your partner in a swap as well!! Love the pc and thank you so much for being willing to share it with me!! How sweet of your pen pal to send you such lovely pcs! Hugs and Happy Swapping! ;)
Response: I'm glad you like it. My penpal is quite generous and I'm happy to share. Thanks so much for the heart.
Comment: Thank you so much for helping with my collection! I love the postcard. Also, I was born in the AM too! I remember when I was younger I used to tell people I was born right at midnight though lol.
Response: You are welcome! Funny about midnight birth. I appreciate the heart.
Comment: I love the PC you sent...but let me tell you why it really earned a ♥. The message was great...very personal and I liked that...I could tell you read my profile...AND I have this set of PCs as well. And I have wanted one to be sent to me...I even thought about sending one to someone and have them send it back LOL. So thank you for being a wonderful swap partner (I will excuse the fact that you are a 'Noles Fan) :P
Response: Haha. I am glad you liked it. I kept a few for myself from this set. Oh I'm not a die-hard 'Nole, just definitely NOT a Gator!!! So I think we could be allies. Thanks for the heart.
Comment: Thank you for the neat card. Love the little kitty stickers. I used to live near DC at Fort Meade, MD. So much to see and do there. Nothing like little old Iowa. Can be a little dull here. Thanks agagin.
Response: You are welcome. We were just in the Ft Meade area yesterday in fact! Sometimes dull is good when things are too busy most of the time! Thanks for the heart.
Comment: Awesome envelope!! Love the colors!! Great use of junk mail !! Thanks so much ~ love the goodies you enclosed! Spring is finally here without snow, lol The day after we planted hyacinths earlier this month, it snowed. Take care & thanks again, Judy
Response: You are welcome. I'm happy you liked what I sent you. Thank you for the heart and warm greetings to you.
Comment: What a great collection of postcards - thanks! And I like your handmade one as well. It's got great composition and it is well constructed (nothing flapping around) and I like that you rounded the corners. New arena for your creative juices? :^)
Response: Thanks for your compliments. I am so glad you liked what I sent you, especially my handmade one. Thanks for the heart.
Comment: Thanks for the card. I lived in Frankfurt in 1952-53. My dad was in the Army, and we lived in a "requisitioned" house just two blocks from the Tiergarten (zoo). I went to school in one of the few buildings still standing in downtown Frankfurt. It had red crosses painted on the roof to indicate it was a hospital so it wasn't bombed, but it had actually been the location of an I.G. Farben munitions plant! I wasin Germany in 2010 with our daughter but we didn't get to Frankfurt, which our guide referred to as "Bankfurt" as it has become a main financial center. Still, your card brought back some good memories! Happy swapping!
Response: How cool! I'm so glad I happened to send that to you. My parents had a nice time there and throughout Europe. I appreciate the heart.
Comment: Thank you for the postcard. I hope that you have wonderful stories and photos of your grandparents. One of my 'if I could turn back time' was to spend more time with my grandma...she passed before I really knew how to show people I actually cared.
Response: You're welcome. 1 on each side died when my parents were young so not many stories or pictures unfortunately. I met the other 2 only once but I did have "adopted" grandparents which was nice. Thank you for the heart.
Comment: Of course our pets are voyeurs. Mine spend their entire day standing by the front window watching people walk by. I'd like to be inside their head sometime to know what they think. Thanks for the cute card.
Response: Haha! I'm glad you like the card. It would be interesting to know what they think of their observations. Thanks for the rating and heart.
Comment: :) Hi Sher! Thank you for your kind words and PC I love it! You can check out my website here: I write about interior design and travel! I'm also working on my first book : http://montgomerytiffany.wordpress.com/
Response: You are welcome. I will check out your website. Thanks for the rating and heart. Take care and best wishes on your writing.
Comment: Hi Sher, Thanks so much for the Thin Mints PC, and yes we love Girl Scout Cookies! This year my great-great niece, who is 6, is a Daisy Scout ~ as you can imagine we ate Lots of cookies!! I like the stamp you used on the pc and the stickers. Take care & Happy Swapping, Judy
Response: You are most welcome. Thank you for the heart and rating.
Comment: Thank you so much for the wonderful postcard and note! My pug IS vicious considering how small he is! I think we gave him that name and he decided to live up to it! Kind of wish I would have gone with "Fluffy" or "Fido" lol Thanks for the card again! :D <3
Response: You are so welcome. LOL about your dog. I appreciate the rating and the heart.
Comment: Hello Sher: thank so much for the lovely Atc envie mania. Soooooo cute and pretty stuff. Happy swapping, best regards Patty. I will love to give you all the hearts I can for the lovely Eiffel Tower card 💜💛💙💚Thanks again for everything You made this a such a lovely experience

Comment: Hello Sher. Thanks for "Splendid" and the "goodies"! Loved then mail art too. Have a great week. Oops forgot to tell you that my Dad and I both went to Howard U. and I have tons of "peeps" on the VA side. Enjoy the Cherry Blossoms!
Response: You are so welcome. How nice to know Howard alums! Thanks for the kind rating and heart.
Comment: Hi neighbor! Thanks a bunch for the crab cakes recipe Post Card... It looks absolutely delicious. :) I've been to MD a few times and words can't say how great your seafood is there. Thanks again. ^_^
Response: So happy you like the card. Yes, seafood is a specialty here. Thanks for the rating and heart.
Comment: Love the Chesapeake Bay card! Our dog Jasmine is also mixed with black lab so her hair isn't as curly (looks like someone tried to comb out a bad perm) and has black fur - but she has the same facial features and big barrel chest. Apparently the dogs were bred to have the big chests to break through thin layers of ice to retrieve birds. We aren't hunters so she just uses it to hog more of the bed. Thanks for the PC!!!
Response: Aww glad you liked it. Combing out a bad perm - LOL - not a good look! Thank you for the rating and the heart.
Comment: Thanks for the PC's and the lovely note with the wonderful scriptures. I don't often get into Proverbs, so it was good to be reminded of the wisdom and comfort to be found there. I guess I should have been more specific in stating my concern, as the cancer was hardly even a bump in the road. 1 April is the 1st anniversary of my surgery, and I remain cancer free according to all the tests. However, I am dealing with some major kidney and intestinal issues, as well as increasingly sever arthritis in both my spine and my wrists. So your concern and prayers are both welcome -- I am quite sure that God knows what we mean even when we fail to communicate clearly! I do apologize for taking so long to rate -- life just got away from me for a bit recently, but I truly did appreciate your lovely letter. Blessings, and happy swapping!
Response: Thanks Gabrielle. May God provide you comfort and healing, whatever your ails are. Thanks for the rating and the heart as well. Take care.
Comment: Yes-Love the Poe picture where he does the Napolean pose! and thanks for all the great little spooky bits you sent with it. Love the paper you made the envelope out of also-am going to try and salvage some of it for future use!
Response: You are most welcome. Thanks for the nice rating and the heart.
Comment: Hi Sher! WOW WOW WOW!!! I hit the jackpot! You just sent me THE BEST scavenger hunt postcards I have ever received! I couldn't believe how many categories you matched. I simply adore the Alice in Wonderland card and the New Yorker cards are BRAND NEW to me--I've never seen them. I have a LOT of Cavallini cards but I've never seen the one you sent--the little glittery meringues ;+) Thanks for making this so much fun for me. OH--almost forgot--the envelope was so cute! LOVE that typewriter washi. I've never seen that either!
Response: YAY! So glad you are happy with everything. Your scavenger hunts are so fun. Thanks for the rating and the heart. Take care.
Comment: Love the geli-envie! I have a geli-envie plate but haven't tried using it on heavyweight paper (usually use deli papers) I really LOVED the tiny clear frog stickers with Asian script....where did you find those? I MUST HAVE!! I'm totally loving the extras too....Especially the matte green Asian text paper! I'd give you lots of hearts if I could!
Response: So happy you liked everything. I will reply to your message. Thank you for the rating and heart(s).
Comment: Sherry- thank you for the pile of goodies! There are so many cool and interesting things. I especially like the pockets and the little file. And the "report card" piece was perfect for me :-) Can't wait to smash them together!
Response: So glad you like it all. Smashing is so much fun. Enjoy! Thank you for the heart and rating.
Comment: Thank you for the cool penny information and the great papers you wrote it on. I love that you included Miss Money Penny, I named one of my rabbits after her yet missed her in my notes on the project. Keep an eye out for similar themed swaps.
Response: Thanks NancyLee for the great swap ideas, the rating and the heart. I look forward to your next one.
Comment: Thank you for the Wonderful!! postcards! I love the "Little Mermaid"& "Wizard of Oz"! I've never been to the Gaylord but it looks amazing! Thanks!
Response: Glad you enjoyed what I sent. The Gaylord is a nice place. On the whole the National Harbor is a bit overpriced to me, but there are definitely nice views on the Potomac, the Awakening statue/beach, etc. that are nice too. Thanks for the heart and rating.
Comment: Thank you very much for the great ATC! I like the use of the thread as an embellishment, quite clever! Great title as well- I LOVE the Ray Charles stamp, and nice to see it immortalized here!!! Love the cool postcard as well!!!
Response: So happy you like it! Thanks for the compliments as I am fairly new to ATCs. Thanks too for the rating and heart.
Comment: First off, Thank you so much for joining my swap. You sent such a lovely postcard. And I enjoyed hearing about Dorothy. I've never heard about her before and I look forward to learning more about her. Happy swapping!
Response: Thanks for hosting a unique swap. I am so glad you like the card. It was interesting research. Take care and thanks for your rating and the heart.
Comment: Thank you for the extra postcard, I really like the faded watermelon look it has. :) The ATC is great, i like the story it has! Now I need my own drink too. I have never used eyelets before, these are cool with the triangle edge!
Response: Thanks for the rating and heart. I have found a new use of my old stash of eyelets that I am very happy about!
Comment: The postcard with the snow covered ground and a little freshwater stream running through the forest is so beautiful but so cold. This winter has been bad for everyone it seems. We never get snow and we have had 2 snow storms this winter. The last one left 10 inches but it melted the next day. Unbelievable but true. Nicholas Sparks has grown up in this area and has a beautiful home overlooking the river. Home? More like a mansion. All his books are written about towns surrounding New Bern. One book in particular is written about New
Bern and it is fascinating to read about the streets, stores, etc. in New Bern Stay warm, Spring is on its way. Shirley
Response: That is surprising to hear you got snow in your area too. I'd like to see Nicholas Sparks' mansion and hometown. Thank you for the info and your rating/heart.
Comment: Such a GREAT PC. Who knew Walmart would sell not only PC's but good ones ? :-) I live in a small town and the next town over has a Super Walmart I will have to see if they've decided to sell any. Have a great day. Take care, Annette
Response: Ah glad you like it. I never go in WM but a fellow PCer told me about a certain one...it's not all of them that carry pcs. Good luck and thanks for the rating and heart.
Comment: I wouldn't have guessed you were new to ATCs without you mentioning it. Great card! Thank you for the extra goodies in the package! I can't decide which washi tape is my fav! I will most definitely be putting them all to good use. EDIT: You asked for suggestions for your atcs. I don't really have one for the card itself but more for when you are sending them. I would get some of those clear plastic sleeves (the kind for baseball cards) to put your atcs in when sending them. Some people are sticklers about them as it helps protect the card from damage in transit.
Response: Glad you liked it and the goodies. Thanks for the rating, heart, and suggestion for the sleeves. They are on my list of things to get!
Comment: Sherry, guess what arrived in the mail today? This is the most petite postcard I have ever seen, I am impressed it arrived here safe and in such good condition :D Thank you for adorning the writing side with so many stamps, the forever stamp featuring a cyclist is new to me. Makes me wonder which year it is from. Here is a ♥ for you.
Response: Glad you like the card and it arrived safely. I'm not sure what year the bike stamp is from, but I try to pick some fun stamps for sending mail. Thanks for the rating and the heart.

Comment: Hi Sher - I received your swap and just wanted to say thank you so much for thinking of me by sending some Canadian postcards!! Also, I often find ephemera items at library book sales (very cheap, too!) so try that some time. Also, post card and paper shows have a lot, too, but it tends to be more expensive. Good luck on your hunt! Thanks again and take care! :)
Comment: Thank you very much for the great card! Wow, I didn't know that Kusama's works were exhibited at Smithsonian! I like her her works, and love the ad cards from museums. Lucky you, that you live in D.C. I have been to Smithsonian many times, but that place is so incredibly huge, it is impossible to see everything... Thanks for the super- cute fox sticker as well!

Comment: Hi Sherry!!! Thank you so much for the lovely map card of Maryland! My boyfriend is originally from Maryland and moved her 6 1/2 years ago! I love the map card very much & I'm very happy to have it as part of my postcard collection!

Comment: I absolutely love this card of the Capito - thank youl! :oP I was stationed at the old Ft. Holabird in Baltimore when I was in the Army way back when, and after I got out I lived in Essex, MD for about 6 months. Maryland is a beautiful state, but it was too hot & humid for this northerner! ;o)
Response: Glad you like the card. I'm from Florida so humidity here is nothing to me!
Comment: I'm so sorry for the late rating! I was about to message you and ask about the swap, but decided to check my mail crate again, just to be sure. I found your letter (and awesome Wall-E stamp!!) stuck to the back of another letter. Oops! Thanks so much for the great answers!
